We are happy to take checks, credit cards or paypal. Payment is required prior to shipping. Net 30 terms are offered to retailers with a credit sheet, credit contract, 3 credit references and have been in business for 3+ years. Large orders may be subject to further restrictions.

Paid orders are shipped within 3-5 business days via UPS. If expedited shipping is requested, additional fees may incur. Request for expedited shipping needs to be included in the original order’s notes. International orders take a minimum of two weeks. Backorders will be given a projected ship date and immediately shipped once in stock. Backorder items can be removed from the order without penalty if it is notified to our team within 24 hours of a backorder notification.
Changes/Exchanges/Refunds Changes must be made within 48 hrs of placing an order. Orders may not be cancelled. Exchanges/Refunds will only be made for goods that arrive damaged and Paper Baristas must be notified within a week of the delivery receipt. Refunds will be returned via original form of payment. Resell We prohibit our products being sold on third party sites such as Amazon and Etsy without permission. If items are found sold through a third party, Paper Baristas reserves the right to suspend the account and pursue legal action if the items are not removed within 24hrs.
