A recipe from the Med

1 kg of pork meat with no bones ½ teacup of olive oil 6 fresh onions, chopped 1 onion also chopped 2 small branches of celery, remove the leaves 3 lettuces, large size ½ teacup of parsley, chopped Salt and pepper water
● 3 eggs ● ½ teacup of lemon juice ● 1 teaspoonful of corn flower
Wash the meat and carve it into portions.
Wash thoroughly the lettuces and chop them. Boil them for 5 minutes and drain them.
Heat the olive oil in a pot, add the meat. Make sure you turn it so it fries on both sides. Add the onions and celery and allow them to become tender.
Add salt, pepper and water. When it starts boiling turn down the heat. Every now and then check if there is enough water. Add if necessary. When the meat is tender, add the lettuce, parsley, and for 10-20 more minutes
Beat the eggs and add the lemon juice in another bowl. Add the corn flower and beat it thoroughly. Add it to the pot little by little and stir it the contents of the casserole.
It is important to remember Allow 15 minutes before serving.
P.S. You can use chicken or beef instead of pork. Enjoy it!
