Letter from the Golf Team
As we turn the page to a new year, your Golf Team is excited to welcome you to the 2026 tournament season here at Palmetto Bluff Golf Club. Each season brings fresh energy, new goals, and the chance to enjoy the camaraderie and competition that make our golf community so special. This year will feature a full schedule of member favorites, enhanced formats, and a few new surprises designed to elevate your experience on the course. We are proud to continue offering events for every level of player - from relaxed social scrambles and couples events to our premier championships. Whether you compete for the trophies or simply enjoy the walk, our mission is to ensure every tournament is fun, well-run, and memorable. In this booklet you will find registration information, the full tournament calendar and details on member groups at each golf course. We encourage you to mark your calendars early and reach out to each Golf Shop with any questions. Thank you for your contiuned support and enthusiam. Tournament Guidelines Event Registration Registration will open 30 days prior to each event date. The Canebrake, The Revelry, The Juniper Cup and The Fall MemberGuest will open 90 days prior to the event date. Registration will be located on the Golf section of the Member Website & App. PBGC Tier 1 Golf Members will have a 5-day priority of registration for tournaments. For the major tournaments, 14day priority of registration.
Cancellation Policy For all member tournaments, cancellations that occur three days prior to the event day will result in a charge of half of the event fee to the member account.
Guidelines Each tournament participant must have a USGA handicap. If a tournament participant does not have a handicap, they must play to a zero. Golf Genius All emails for golf tournaments and member groups will be sent through Golf Genius. The email listed on your member account is the email it will be sent to. If you have an email change, please email Ashley Turner at aturner@palmettobluffcom. This ensures we have accurate information throughout the tournament season. For registration of tournaments and member groups the PB App and Member Website will still be used. Once you select a tournament page, it will transfer to Golf Genius, where you can view tournament information. The Golf Genius app will be used during tournaments and events for live scoring now. A GGID code will be sent out per tournament if live scoring is used. This will be communicated by the golf professional staff.
