2024 was a record-setting year for real estate at Palmetto Bluff, showcasing the continued strength of our community and its enduring appeal. With 180 communitywide transactions totaling $384.3 million in sales, the community saw significant growth and momentum. Over the past five years, Palmetto Bluff Real Estate Company has proudly represented more than $1 billion in sales, cementing our position as the market leader. In 2024, we closed 137 transactions totaling $286 million—$117 million more than 2023. Our listings consistently outperform our competitors, with homes selling at 97.6% of the list price with remarkable growth in both home and homesite values. We also opened our sales desk at the Montage Palmetto Bluff, offering a fresh opportunity to engage with potential buyers and showcase our properties. As we head into 2025, the demand for the Palmetto Bluff lifestyle remains robust, evidenced by 16 pending transactions already lined up for the new year. The average home purchase price increased by 17.6%, while the average homesite purchase price grew by 5.6% year-over-year. In 2024, 110 homes were sold for $314.2 million, and 70 homesites sold for $70 million, compared to 103 homes and 48 homesites in 2023. 20 properties sold for over $4 million in 2024—up from 9 in 2023—with the Palmetto Bluff Real Estate Company involved in 16 of these transactions. Community-wide total dollar volume has increased by 28% compared to last year, reflecting the continued strength of our market. Palmetto Bluff surpassed 1,100 completed homes in 2024.
