Holiday boat parade to be held Dec. 3 The 39th-annual Palm Coast Holiday Boat Parade, presented by the Palm Coast Yacht Club, will be held on Dec. 3. Last year’s parade featured 74 registered boats, a figure that set a record for Palm Coast, a news release states, and resulted in the parade being one of the largest community boat parades in the state. The parade will be held in honor of the late Joe Rizzo, former Flagler County Education Foundation’s executive director. Register for the parade at palmcoastyachtclub.com.
