Volusia County to complete storm debris removal
Volusia County will be completing storm debris removal by Friday, Dec. 9, for the unincorporated areas of Volusia County — such as Ormondby-the-Sea — as well as countymaintained roadways within city or town municipal limits. Residents are encouraged to call the county’s debris hotline number at 800-291-1205 to report any remaining debris. Residents must separate vegetative debris from bagged debris and construction and demolition debris. After Dec. 9, normal residential waste collection rules will apply.
