Residents eligible for Disaster-SNAP The Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program provides food assistance for residents impacted by Hurricane Ian. This program is for those not already receiving assistance through the regular SNAP. Applicants must have been living or working in Volusia during Ian, suffered a disaster-related loss and meet income eligibility.
