The Beshay and Armanious families were selected as Ormond Memorial Art Museum’s featured families from the museum’s April 4 Free Family Art Night event. It was a girls night out for Jackie Armanious and Rana Beshay, and their respective daughters Lilly and Juliana. Lilly and Juliana have been friends since they were 3. “The experience was interactive, keeping us away from the distractions of electronics,” the group said in the museum’s statement. OMAM’s Family Art Night takes place from 5:30-7 p.m. on most first Fridays of the month. All art supplies are provided, and the program is sponsored in part by the Women United Volusia Chapter. The next program is scheduled for May 2.
