BILAL ASHRAF How did the janaan project come together for you? Who approached you? Imran Kazmi approached me while I was in London. When I came to Pakistan I met the team and felt that they were wonderful and it was a beautiful script written by Osman Khalid Butt, it was hard to say no. Were films always part of your career plans? No I never wanted to be an actor but now that I am I really am concentrating on this. Did you have to do anything to get in shape for your role? I had to leave gym and increase cardio. I was pretty bulked up from Yalghaar so I needed to trim down. So my work out and my diet were very important to take care of. What was your favourite location while shooting janaan? It's has to be Swat.

I learnt the gift of true friendship because Ali and the rest of the team too in fact have become more or less like family. Janaan has taught me a lot about life and relationships. With all the fun we've had shooting with you two we can't help but wonder what pranks must have gone down on the sets by you two. Anything you want to share with us? We pulled several pranks so it's hard to pick one. We made Armeena believe a lot of spooky things about Swat which weren't true so that was hilarious until she found out we were joking with her. On behalf of all your lady fans: Are you single? Yes I am. So who gets the girl in the movie? You've got to watch the film to find that out. And who gets the girls in real life? Hmm I guess that really depends on the girl she will have to choose herself. What message do you have for all your lady fans? Please keep me in your prayers, I thank you for your support and I love you all.

ALI REHMAN KHAN How did the janaan project come together for you? Who approached you? I was approached by Imran Kazmi who is the producer. He told me about this project some time ago but we kept in touch and finally sat down one day and they offered me the role. Were films always part of your career plans? Yes films were always a part of my career plans. I've always wanted to be a film star there's no second guessing that I'm a big fan of cinema. 2016

Did you have to do anything to get in shape for your role? I really had to start controlling my diet. I worked out two hours every day at the gym. I cut down a lot of sugar and salt and increased my water intake. I kept a healthy neutral diet with lots of greens and proteins. What was your favourite location while shooting janaan? It has to be Swat. It's just so beautiful and exotic. It's been forgotten about but I feel people should really go back there as it has amazing people, great food and splendid tea. We have seen superb chemistry between you two during your promotions. What kind of chemistry do you guys share in the movie? We share exactly the same kind of chemistry off screen. He's really easy to get along with. We've developed a great understanding and bond. He's a great support system, very caring, very helpful and also very genuine. Even now that the films over we stay in touch and he stays at my place when he comes to Islamabad and I stay at his when I visit Karachi so yeah we've become great friends. Tell us one good thing you learnt while working with each other. I've definitely learnt that if you stay positive yourself, everyone around you stays positive and that's one thing that was great about us as a team, the energy and the "yes we can" attitude. When you work with people who become like family, there's nothing that can go wrong. With all the fun we've had shooting with you two we can't help but wonder what pranks must have gone down on the sets by you two. Anything you want to share with us? It was on our way to Swat when we scared Armeena and told her she needs to cover herself up down to the socks because of the conservative mindset of the locals. It took her a few days to figure out we were messing with her which was really funny but once she did she was off to morning runs on her own. On behalf of all your lady fans: Are you single? The three of us share a great friendship and we hate to upset you by saying that neither of us are involved with anyone at the moment and are just concentrating on our work. Travelling is great fun. You get to explore a new place, meet new people and get wiser! We want to know more and will share with you exciting travel stories from a few special people in our new section, planes, trains & automobiles! Where did you choose to go and why? This holiday season I went on the luxurious Royal Caribbean cruise. It covered many cities and countries around the European Continent, most of which I hadn't been to before including the lovely city of Rome, Monte-Carlo, Nice and many more so this cruise just couldn't be missed! All of these prodigious destinations have their own distinct cultures and a lot to experience and witness once in your life. Starting from the astounding Italian architecture, to the allure of the calming French Riviera, the lavishness of Monaco and the mouth-watering French, Italian and Portuguese cuisine! Who did you travel with? I travelled with my family as well as my three best friends Maryam, Minahil and Ranea and their families!

Where did you stay? So, during the cruise we had the day to roam around the city and by night we got back on board and stayed in our relaxing rooms with the most exquisite view from our balcony. What are the best shopping spots there? Our first stop was Gibraltar mostly known for its natural beauty but for shopping-lovers there the Main Street known as the centre of Gibraltar's commercial district. It had everything from small local stores to high-end international brands. Monte-carlo Monaco is actually famous for its world-class luxurious boutiques. Cercle d'or in Monaco is called the centre of the worlds most prestigious labels so it is a must visit. Rest of our stops were mostly for sightseeing which was actually a very bothersome decision to make!

Suggest places for a perfect night out In most cities we didn't get to experience the night life but if you're looking for a busy place to eat out and chill with a couple of friends then time-out market open till 2am in Lisbon Portugal is the place to go! It has all the cuisine's from Chinese to Mexican and has stalls opened up by all the celebrity chefs of Portugal! What can you do over there to relax and unwind? In Gibraltar I would say just sit in the cane for a bit as everywhere else there is a chance of getting heatstroke! But if you're staying in Lisbon then the perfect quiet little town up the hill to go to is Sintra. The pleasing music playing in the background with the small cafes would surely be soothing. Finally, any tips? My only tip for these cities would be grab your lightest clothes, your sun hat, shades, sun screen, your walking shoes, a map and a backpack and just escape!

Tell us about the sights no one should miss out on In Gibraltar I recommend you visit St. Michaels cave which is also being used for plays and shows so you could probably watch one of those! When in Monaco if is essential you visit the worldrenowned casino of monte-Carlo and don't forget to grab a bite from the well knows Cafe-de-Paris. Coming to Roma now there is ofcourse the Trevi Fountain but another place you must visit is St. Peter's Basilica even if you have to stand in the scorching sun for an hour. The architecture and paintings will surely give you goose

bumps. In the city of Florence or Firenze it is like walking straight into a painting, every street and every corner is a piece of art but Florence Cathedral and Uffizi Gallery are the main tourist attractions!

Suggest some amazing restaurants there? My favourite part, the food! On our fantastic cruise ship we had amazing restaurants. One of my favourite ones was Izumi, the house of Authentic Japanese. Their Palm sized sushi stuffed with lobster cream cheese and cold ginger served with fried crab was mouth-watering! Outside the cruise ship in Florence we had the most scrumptious seafood at the 'Fishing Lab'. Their slow cooked pink salmon soaked in sweet soy served with rocket salad and potatoes would just melt in your mouth as well as the extravagant sea-bass was to die for! Pasteis de Belem since 1873 in Lisbon is famous for their custard tarts and you have to wait at least an hour in line to get them but their delicious warm crust and gooey centre is all worth the wait!
