My favourite jam these days is Michael Kiwanuka: cold little heart. » What is your dream destination? My dream destination is any place with mountains and nature. What inspired you to be a baker? Well there are two things that inspired me to be one. First, I always had a major sweet tooth and used to look for recipes and bake in my liesure time. Secondly, things don't always work in a certain way tbh, so those were one of my worst days when I thought about starting something of my own to validate myself and one fine day I found myself passionate enough to give it a start. And as they say 'LIFE BEGINS AT THE END OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE.' When did you start your home based bakery, My Chocolate Wrappings? Back in 2017 I started it. Itâ€™s been almost 3 years now and I love it. It definitely has been tiring too at times but Alhumdulillah for everything. I'm also thankful to my family, friends and my followers for the support, encouragement and their feedback. What are some of your favorite flavour combinations? Lotus - Nutella & Oreo - nutella (desserts) Nutella fudge is my signature flavour in cakes and I personally have a thing for banoffee pie, I can have it all day. When you are not at work, where do you go for great dessert? Rina's for sure, I'm a die hard fan of their Nutella caramel slice. Next on my list is the Lotus Cookie Skillet from - The Kitchen since I have heard alot about it. How do you manage your time when you receive multiple orders at once? I plan and organise my work before hand to avoid any hassle. It feels really good to have everything scheduled accordingly. Catering to urgent orders can be tricky and pretty overwhelming too but for that one requires patience. Do you have any substitutions for diabetic people who'd like to order your baked goods? I do Keto desserts and brownies which are low fat and mostly preferred by diet conscious people but for now I don't have anything specific for diabetic patients. Describe a time when you had to work with a team to achieve a shared goal? For tiered wedding cakes and specifically when its Eid I do require a lot of help to execute my orders are achieve my goals and for that my family supports me thoroughly. From assembling to decor and packaging they are always there. How does this position fit into your career goals?

I have officially considered Baking/ Cake and Dessert making as my career Alhumdulillah. I'm currently working on enhancing my skills and on introducing more flavour combinations. Also let me tell you Ownership to anything comes with a package of highs and lows, good days and bad days. It's not always all things nice. A lot of hard work, strength, courage and patience is required to achieve your goals. Tell me how you organize, plan, and prioritize your work. I have a thing for journals and am not able to sleep if I have not planned for the next day. I usually plan my weekends ahead since they are usually loaded with work and divide my time equally for work and for family. Both are equally very important. Also running your own venture makes it easier to schedule things as per your ease, I believe. Lastly, where do you see My Chocolate Wrappings in 5 years? God has always been very kind Alhumdulillah. Without HIS support I wouldn't have come this far. I really hope my hardwork pays off in the future too and HE supports me throughout. Ameen!

I had to accompany my grandfather on his trip to Zurich, Switzerland.

Tell us the most delicious meal you tried? There were lots of delicious meals I had on this trip because the food in Zurich is so good, but if I had to choose then the best would probably be Wienerschnitzel, which is a panfried veal cutlet, made of a thin, breaded fillet.

Tell us the most exciting thing you did during your trip? The most exciting thing I did during my trip was explore places of Zurich I had never been to or seen before. We walked lots and even came across this gem of a place in the heart of the city; Lindenhof Hill. Lindenhoff is a public square in the historic center of the city, with great views of the Old Town and the lake.

Any tips? At this time of year there are many Christmas Markets going on in different parts of the city. So be sure to check all of them out because you can find some great treats at these markets.
