🍂 Friendly Reminder: Seasonal Items Must Be Stored by November 1 As winter approaches, please remember that all items installed under a Seasonal Permit, including garden fences, hoop houses, raised beds, and similar structures, must be removed and stored by November 1. To help keep our community looking its best throughout the winter, hoop house frames, fencing, fence posts, and related materials may not remain in place during the off-season. If your permit remains valid, you may reinstall approved seasonal items beginning May 1, 2027. When storing seasonal items, please ensure all materials, including fencing and hoop house plastic, are clean and in good condition. Planning to add a seasonal structure? Simply submit a Seasonal Application. Approved Seasonal Permits are valid for four years. Thank you for helping keep Pagosa Lakes beautiful year-round! Department of Community Standards
