Stall Doors

Many clients choose to only add stall doors – instead of fully welded stall fronts. At American Stalls, we understand that each barn is unique. Stall doors are always a very personal choice since they are used dozens of times each day. That is why every single stall door is custom built to order.

Custom options include door bottom designs, shavings guards, different yokes, and so much more. Rest assured, your stall doors will be made to your design goals and lifestyle needs.

Feed Hole – The Feed Hole is our simplest and most streamlined feeding option, included complimentary with all of our stall systems. This clean, square cut-out is welded directly into the grill portion of the stall front, allowing you to pour grain directly into your horse’s feeder. With no doors or moving parts, it’s a no-fuss solution that blends seamlessly into your stall design.

Swivel Feeder & Feed Bowl – Our Swivel Feeder is designed for both convenience and efficiency. The steel-framed, lumber-filled front panel blends seamlessly with your stall front, while the rear features a durable aluminum feed pan. With a quick swivel motion, you can fill grain from the aisle and rotate the pan into the stall—no need to open doors or step inside.

With a variety of models and mounting options—including wall-mounted or free-standing, you can select the best fit for your stall layout. For colder climates, an optional thermostatically controlled heater provides reliable freeze protection. All Nelson systems are backed by a limited 3-year manufacturer’s warranty, giving you peace of mind in your investment.

Dutch doors are the one of the most versatile options to add to any barn. Dutch Doors add style, ventilation, and sunlight to your barn.

Our doors are solid welded and come pre-hung for easy installation. Our latch systems are made from galvanized steel. They are fully manufactured for maximum durability to the elements and rigors of any working barn.

Doors can be opened from either the inside or outside. We also build single-hinged doors that can be used as entry doors. Lastly, we also manufacture sliding paddock doors – using the same high-quality track systems as our barn end doors.

Dutch Doors & Paddock Doors

Dutch doors (and sliding paddock doors) are the one of the most versatile options to add to any barn. They add key functions including:
