CLEANING GUIDE
Für eine dauerhaft ungetrübte Freude an unseren SUPERGLÄSERN beachten Sie bitte unsere Reinigungstipps, welche in Zusammenarbeit mit Ecolab und Winterhalter in Form mehrerer Dauertests entstanden sind.
Auch nach mehr als 2000 Spülvorgängen war im Spültest gemäß DIN 10511 so kein Unterschied zur Transparenz eines neuen Glases festzustellen.
IDEALE TEMPERATUREN
Erst ab 60 °C lassen sich Fette wirksam entfernen und Keime sterben ab. In Gläserspülmaschinen sind daher Temperaturen von 55-65 °C im Spültank und 75-85 °C bei der Nachspülung gewünscht. Die Materialien der SUPERGLÄSER tolerieren höhere Spültemperaturen (im Test mit bis zu 85°C) ohne Qualitätseinbußen.
RICHTIG GENUTZTE ZEIT
Eine Reinigungszeit von 90 Sekunden sollte eingehalten werden, damit Reiniger und Klarspüler optimal wirken. Wird die Spülzeit verkürzt, kann dies zu HygieneProblemen führen. Längere Reinigungszeiten (im Test bis 2min) haben keinen negativen Einfluss auf die Gläser, sondern unterstützen sogar das Abtrocknen der SUPERGLÄSER.
WIRKSAMER EINSATZ VON REINIGERN UND KLARSPÜLERN
Für das Spülen der SUPERGLÄSER empfehlen sich geruchsneutrale Reinigungsmittel, welche für Kunststoffgläser geeignet sind und Komponenten für eine Glas- und Dekorschonung beinhalten. Im Test wurden die besten Ergebnisse mit dem Reiniger Ecolab Apex Ultra erreicht. Wenn sie eine Dosiereinheit nutzen, dann empfehlen wir 0,5-2,5 g/l, abhängig von der Wasserhärte, dem Verschmutzungsgrad und der Temperatur. Für optimale Trocknungsergebnisse empfiehlt sich der Kunststoff-Klarspüler Ecolab Clear Dry PL, mit einer Dosierung von 0,4 g/l.
KEIN NACHPOLIEREN
Beim Spülen mit Rohwasser oder auch bei enthärtetem Wasser können sich auf den Gläsern Kalk und wasserlösliche Salze ablagern, die als Trübung oder in Form von Flecken auf dem Glas sichtbar werden. Verwenden Sie eine passende Wasseraufbereitung, wie Teilentsalzungs- oder Umkehrosmosegeräte, um ein händisches Nachpolieren zu vermeiden. So sparen Sie Zeit und sichern die Hygiene. Sofern dies nicht möglich ist, können die die Ablagerungen mit Zitronensäure entfernen.
TROCKNUNG
Eine Heizgebläse-Trocknung ist zu vermeiden. Für ein verbessertes Trocknungsergebnis empfehlen sich die speziellen Spülparameter für Kunststoffe sowie der Klarspüler Ecolab Clear Dry PL.
LAGERUNG DER GLÄSER
Für eine Lagerung bieten sich stapelbare Kunststoffspülkörbe mit optimaler Facheinteilung an. Zudem sollten die Gläser bei der Lagerung vor Wiederverschmutzung geschützt sein und so gelagert werden, dass sie nicht durch Küchendämpfe, Getränke oder Essensspritzer verunreinigt werden. Lagern Sie die Gläser geschlossen, aber luftig.
ZU BEACHTEN
Bitte niemals Scheuerschwämme zum Entfernen von Lebensmittelrückständen anwenden. Maximal Mikrofasertücher. Anishaltige Getränke wie Pernod, Anis, Ricard, Raki und Ouzo können das Material angreifen. Wir empfehlen, die Gläser direkt nach der Benutzung auszuspülen. Milchgetränke können ebenfalls hartnäckige Rückstände hinterlassen, daher auch hier die Gläser sofort ausspülen.

For the lasting enjoyment of SUPERGLAS, please note our cleaning tips, which were developed after an endurance test in cooperation with the cleaning specialists Ecolab and Winterhalter.
Even after 2000 washes, the test showed no difference when compared to the transparency of a new glass according to DIN 10511.
IDEAL TEMPERATURES
Grease can only be effectively removed and germs killed at temperatures of 60 °C and above. In glass dishwashers, there temperatures of 55-65 °C in the cleaning tank and 75-85 °C in the final rinse are desired. SUPERGLAS tolerates higher rinsing temperatures (up to 85 °C in tests) without any loss of quality.
PROPERLY USED TIME
A cleaning time of 90 seconds should be observed to ensure that detergent and rinse aid work optimally. If the cleaning time is shortened, hygienic problems can occur. Longer cleaning times (up to 2 min in the test) have no negative effect on the glasses, but even support the drying of SUPERGLAS.
EFFECTIVE USE OF DETERGENTS AND RINSE AIDS
Odorless cleaning agents are recommended for SUPERGLAS, which are suitable for plastic glasses and contain components for protecting the glass and any decoration. In the test, the best results were achieved with Ecolab Apex Ultra. The dosage recommendation is 0.5 - 2.5 g/l, depending on water hardness, soil load and temperature.
For optimum drying results, the plastic rinse aid Ecolab Clear Dry PL is recommended, dosed at 0,4 g/l.
NO REPOLISHING
When rinsing with untreated or softened water, lime and water soluble salts can be deposited on the glasses, which become visible as cloudiness or in the form of stains on the glass. Use a suitable water treatment system, such as partial demineralization or reverse osmosis equipment, to avoid manual re-polishing. This will save you time and ensure hygiene. If this is not possible, you can remove the deposits with citric acid.
DRYING
Fan heater drying should be avoided. For an improved drying result, we recommend the special Winterhalter washing parameters for plastics as well as the rinse aid Ecolab Clear Dry PL.
STORAGE OF GLASSES
Stackable plastic baskets with optimum compartment division are suitable for storage. In addition, the glasses should be protected from resoiling during storage and stored in such a way that they are not contaminated by kitchen vapours, food or drinks. Store glasses in a closed, but airy manner.
PLEASE NOTE
Please never use scouring pads to remove residues. If you have to, use micro fiber cloths. Beverages containing anise such as Pernod, Anis, Ricard, Raki and Ouzo may attack the material. We recommend rinsing the glasses immediately after use. Milk-based drinks can also leave stubborn residues, so rinse out the glasses immediately here as well.
