May and June are here, and it’s crazy to think 2026 is almost already halfway over. We are so thankful for our amazing Membership and the wonderful first half of the year—we’ve had so much fun at our events with all of you.
I also want to give a warm welcome to Noah, who joined our Lifestyle team back in March and has been an incredible asset ever since. Families, I’m sure you’ve already experienced Noah’s programming, he’s kept everyone booked, busy, and having a blast! Be sure to say hi if you see him around The Hub.
Don’t miss out on our holiday celebrations this summer, including Memorial Day on May 25 and Independence Day on July 4. We’ll have live music, special food trucks, and of course our classic fireworks show as we celebrate America’s independence.

Noah Chyorny
ASSISTANT LIFESTYLE MANAGER
Noah, a USF alum, was born and raised in Sarasota. He recently joined the team as Assistant Lifestyle Manager. He will be leading Skye Kids and family programming at The Hub, with a focus on creating engaging events and experiences for children and families throughout the community. Members began to see his programming roll out at the start of April!
While his main focus is kids and family programming, Noah will also be collaborating on select adult events, including concepts like ‘90s By Night, an adult only ‘90s night coming up. Some Members may already recognize Noah from previous events he has hosted at Skye Ranch, including the Glow Show, Deal or No Deal Live, and other community programs.
Some fun facts about Noah include he is a huge movie buff and will probably understand even your most outdated movie reference. He has completed 101 escape rooms with his girlfriend, Sophie, and even designed one in The Hub’s Flex Room as part of a program he previously hosted here. He is a Minnesota Vikings fan. You will see Noah around The Hub, so be sure to say hello and maybe test that movie knowledge!

Furry Friends Meet Sixxy
LOVED BY THE HELLER FAMILY
This lovable pup belongs to Megan, Adam, Jordan, and Zach Heller. At just 7 months old, he’s already full of personality and charm! Born in early August 2025 on the island of St. Croix, he’s a unique mix of Yorkshire Terrier, Cocker Spaniel, and Super Mutt—with a little Dachshund mixed in.
When it comes to fun, he’s all in! His favorite things include long walks, playtime with his many friends (Riley, Gracie, Rex, Nelly, Lulu, Fluffy, Oscar, Bailey, Luna, Josie, Papi, and Sanford), and of course… zoomies! His toys keep him busy, and his trainer, Sophia, says he’s VERY smart and already learning lots of commands and tricks. Like any good boy, he has a mischievous side too. He loves turning leash time into a game of chase and thinks carpets make excellent chew toys.
His story is just as special as he is. He was found under a rock in a dump in St. Croix by the incredible team at Ruff Start STX. After being cared for and shown around local resorts, a Skye Ranch connection helped him find his forever home. Before he knew it, he was on a flight to Tampa to meet his new family—and the rest is history!

After moving to Skye Ranch in December 2024, he and his wife Lisa quickly found themselves right at home. Drawn to Sarasota’s natural beauty, coastal lifestyle, and strong sense of community, the move felt like the perfect fit. Originally from Sardinia, Italy, his journey has taken him across the globe— from living in Oman to spending time in Indianapolis and Deerfield Beach—before settling here in sunny Sarasota.
Together, they enjoy an active and social lifestyle. Manuel loves playing tennis, cooking, relaxing at the beach, traveling, and listening to music—especially as a longtime fan of Bruce Springsteen. Lisa is a dedicated fitness enthusiast who enjoys taking advantage of her gym membership and staying active through a variety of classes. As a couple, they love trying new experiences and making the most of their time together.
Travel is a shared passion. New York City stands out as a favorite for its vibrant energy and culture, while Caribbean cruises offer the perfect way to unwind. They also cherish trips to small towns throughout Italy and Europe, where they can reconnect with rich traditions, history, and incredible cuisine.
Here in Skye Ranch, they enjoy being involved and building connections within the community. He participates in the Elite Networking Group, and together they attend wine tastings and culinary events. Both appreciate the many opportunities to meet neighbors and support the growing community.
When asked about his proudest accomplishment, the answer is simple—26 years of marriage. In addition, he earned two master’s degrees while building his professional career. Today, he works as a backyard (pool) designer with Fox Pools and is grateful to be part of a company that allows him to express his creativity while working with such a wonderful team.

Skye Kids SPRING BREAK
What a fun-filled week at Skye Ranch! Our Skye Kids made the most of their spring break with a week packed full of creativity, energy, and excitement. From building amazing creations during LEGO time to decorating delicious cupcakes. We climbed new heights on the rock wall, made a splash with poolside fun, and spent plenty of time laughing, playing, and making new friends.
St. Patrick’s Day EVENT
We felt the Luck of the Irish as our community came together for a day of festive fun! Decked out in green from head to toe, our Members got into the spirit with creative leprechaun traps and handmade lucky friendship bracelets. One of the highlights of the day was an incredible Irish dance performance by Drake Irish Dance!

This was an incredible day filled with nonstop music, vibrant energy, and amazing community spirit at Turner Park. From live performances all day long to a bustling vendor market, there was something for everyone to enjoy. It was more than just an event—it was a true celebration of our community. Esplanade is proud to welcome Sarah Santa, National Culinary & Beverage Experience Leader, whose passion for wellness and the culinary arts brings a fresh, inspiring dimension to our community programming. With a background in Public Health from the University of Florida and nearly a decade immersed in Orlando’s vibrant food culture, Sarah has built a career around helping people connect more deeply, and joyfully, with what they eat.
As a certified nutrition consultant, culinary educator, and Level 1 Olive Oil Sommelier, Sarah blends science, storytelling, and hands on technique to show how flavor can be a powerful pathway to wellness. Through her work, she has crafted experiences that celebrate nourishment, creativity, and the belief that healthy eating should always feel exciting and accessible.

Esplanade is proud to welcome Marco Marini, National Culinary & Beverage Experience Leader, whose spirited Italian roots and decades of culinary leadership bring a bold new energy to our culinary experiences. Raised in Porto Santo Stefano on the Tuscan coast and trained in restaurant and hotel management, Marco blends old world tradition with modern technique, global curiosity, and the warm hospitality he’s known for.
As a Certified Executive Chef and Certified Culinary Administrator, Marco has spent his career shaping unforgettable dining programs, including the opening of the first Bahama Bar and Culinary Center at Esplanade Lakewood Ranch. His classes are lively, story driven, and hands on, inviting Members to explore iconic dishes from around the world through the lens of culture, craft, and culinary spirit.
