We’re looking at another Tampa Bay Rays baseball game, a thrilling murder mystery party, a BBQ cook-off and dessert auction, and our Signature Event themed The Gatsby. There will also be minglers during happy hour, furry friend events, and creative workshops like glass art and Pickled Pink art.
In October, we’ll rally together for Breast Cancer Fundraising events, pumpkin carving and painting, and of course, a haunted costume party you won’t want to miss! Get ready for a season packed with fun, community, and unforgettable memories. Don’t miss out!

Hi, I’m Rosanette DeFeo. Most people call me Rosa! I recently moved to Florida from Arizona, where I spent three exciting years on a work assignment. I’ve held a variety of leadership roles in both corporate and healthcare settings, most recently as a Member Services Coordinator at Troon Golf and Country Club. I’m passionate about people and love helping others grow, whether through mentoring, training, or simply spreading positivity. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of three amazing adult kids and grandma to two adorable grandbabies. In my free time, you’ll find me making art, hiking, or enjoying the great outdoors!
Supply Drive
The community gave back to our local community by partnering with the Pasco Education Foundation today, who manages the Pasco Wise Supplies program. In collaboration with the HOA, Caring Neighbors helped promote a supply drive to support students in grades K-12. The drive focused on gathering essential supplies, and the Pasco Education Foundation will take care of picking up all the donations. It was a wonderful way for our community to come together and make a positive impact on local students.

Paul and Patty are recent transplants from Richland, Washington, settling in with their beloved pets—Tilly the cat and Shelby, our spirited 6-year-old Labrador Retriever. Shelby is a bundle of energy who loves meeting new dog friends at the park and playing endless games of fetch from the lanai. Like many Labs, she’s incredibly foodmotivated and has a history of amusing destruction, from raiding pantry shelves to eating mail and even a house sitter’s glasses. Despite her mischievous side, Shelby is a loving and loyal companion who sleeps snuggling between us each night, reminding us daily how much joy and comfort she brings to their lives. They’re thrilled to be here and look forward to meeting you all!

Why did you choose Esplanade at Wiregrass Ranch?
As a Real Estate Agent, I have the opportunity to visit numerous communities throughout the Greater Tampa area, and Esplanade at Wiregrass Ranch has long stood out as one of my favorites. Additionally, my husband Claude is an avid golfer and plays regularly at Hunter’s Green Country Club, making this community a perfect fit for both our professional and personal lifestyles.
What Lifestyle Programming are you most interested in? Hobbies? I’m interested in participating in the Book Club, Coffee & Conversation gatherings, and Mahjong. These programs align well with my interests and offer a wonderful way to stay engaged with the community.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received or given?
The best advice I’ve received—and often share—is First, “Be true to yourself, regardless of what others may think,” and second, “Never take anything personally.” The latter was truly life-changing for me after reading The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz.
Tell us something about yourselves that may surprise people?
Claude is a former professional hockey player, and I spent 25 years as a Special Education Teacher before transitioning into a career in Real Estate.
5. Where is the most exciting place you’ve traveled to? Australia was an unforgettable destination for our honeymoon, and Greece holds a special place in my heart as I attended an art retreat there. I have a deep passion for the arts, especially mixed media and jewelry making. In addition to reading and traveling, we make annual trips to Cancun for relaxation and to Cabo San Lucas to enjoy a favorite golf resort.

In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, register with your doubles partner and take part in competitive play on the courts with Members of Esplanade, as you enjoy live entertainment by our DJ, and light refreshments!
This 4-hour tournament will consist of a 1-hour, timed round-robin event for Men’s and Women’s doubles, and mixed doubles play. After the tournament, the top three doubles teams from each event will be recognized as the “Club Pickleball Champion” at a special awards ceremony.
Both men and women are encouraged to come dressed in their best pink pickleball attire, as we participate in a shared effort to raise money and end breast cancer. Spectators are also encouraged to wear pink and cheer on their neighbors!
Registration: Players and spectators must register by Sunday, October 19. Registration must be completed in person at the Resort Amenity Center during office hours. We hope to see you there!
