y name is Isabel Nguyen, and I am a full-time Food and Beverage Café Attendant. I have a strong passion for creating positive experiences and putting a smile on people’s faces through a delicious, handcrafted cup of coffee. I take pride in delivering excellent service and ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. In addition to my work, I am currently pursuing my degree in Architecture at the University of South Florida, with the long-term goal of becoming an Interior Designer. I am eager to continue learning, growing, and applying my creativity both in hospitality and in my future design career.

Furry Friends Meet Cuddles & Mouse LOVED BY KELLY & VICTOR LINDENMEYER

Hi, we’re Vic and Kelly, and this is Cuddles and Mouse, our little furry family. Cuddles, our tricolor queen, is the smartest dog we’ve ever had—and we’ve had a lot! Cavachons are gentle, affectionate, and just a little silly. We fell in love with her the moment we saw her, eyebrows and all. During Covid, Cuddles had five puppies. All found amazing homes—except for the tiniest, Mouse. Born on Thanksgiving night, she stayed with us and became our little miracle. Cuddles talks when she’s tired, and she’s our “nurse dog,” always by your side when you’re down. Mouse prays with me every morning, gives the best “huggies” and fills our days with joy. Here, with our wonderful neighbors and amazing staff, these two know they are home. And honestly, so do we. This is their “furever” family.

We toured several communities in Wesley Chapel, but Esplanade at Wiregrass Ranch immediately felt like home. We were impressed by Taylor Morrison’s outstanding reputation, the beautiful amenities, and the resort lifestyle. The variety of floor plans offered exactly what we were looking for, and the community’s proximity to our Florida family, excellent shopping, and top-rated hospitals made the decision easy. And, we can’t forget our wonderful sales consultant, Xiomara Romanov, as she truly sealed the deal! What Lifestyle programming are you most interested in? We’re excited about the wide variety of fitness classes, 24-hour access to the fully equipped fitness center, and the many clubs available. There’s always something to do and someone to meet, which is exactly what we were looking for! What are your hobbies? Tell us something about yourselves that may surprise people. Michael once tried his hand at stand-up comedy—he says the audience laughed with him… mostly. Dorothy is a surprisingly fierce ping-pong player—and undefeated in the family!

Where’s the most exciting place you’ve traveled? Africa and Europe are two unforgettable experiences full of culture, beauty, and memories we’ll treasure forever.

splanade Members proudly donated to Toys for Tots this past holiday season. We invited the community to help make the holidays brighter by donating unwrapped gifts for children of all ages. While toys for babies and young kids were always appreciated, there was a special need for gifts suited for older children ages 11–13 ( jewelry-making kits, art sets, mature board games, Bluetooth speakers, earbuds, and sports equipment like balls, racquets, gloves, or bats). Donations were collected in the drop box at The Venue front desk. We thank everyone who helped spread holiday cheer to families in need!

For intermediate fitness levels. Incorporates cardio and strength, using water dumbbells and flotation noodles. This low-impact/high results class is performed in shallow water and is designed to improve joint stability, coordination, balance, heart health and strength.

Stay strong, active, and energized with our Total Body Boost class, specially designed for active adults aged 55 and older. This full-body workout focuses on engaging every major muscle group through a combination of strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance exercises.

Taking place at the Lights Out Boxing Club alongside your Fitness Manager, this is a non-contact circuit style class (55 and up) and 1-on-1 time with the bag. You’ll be equipped with the latest boxing gear and hand wraps for an authentic and safe workout. Don’t be intimidated, just come learn the basics! We have modifications for everything! Targeting cardio and strength. All fitness levels.

High energy, water fitness class that will focus on cardiovascular endurance and muscular endurance while toning muscles with the natural resistance of water. This workout will make you feel your body burn and tone without harsh force or impact on your joints.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Fridays | 11 a.m.

Mondays, Tuesdays & Fridays | 8 a.m. Low-impact cardio, strength, flexibility to improve skills for daily living. A great way to improve your day-to-day routine and get back into shape. Great for starters who are looking to get in shape and maintain strength to keep you fit for everyday life.

LIIT (Lower Impact Interval Training) Mondays & Wednesdays | 9 a.m. This class takes a full-body approach with corrective exercises to lengthen tight muscles and strengthen weaker muscles. Task your body in a different way to receive benefits and be pain-free.

Sit & Train Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays | 9 a.m. A full-body workout while seated in a chair, utilizing free weights, resistance bands, range of motion bars, and bodyweight exercises. Increase overall strength, range of motion, flexibility, and core strength. Standing exercises may be performed - for all fitness levels.

Stretch Flow Tuesdays | 6 p.m. Enhance your mobility, balance, and relaxation with Stretch Flow, a class designed for active adults. This gentle yet effective session combines flowing stretches with mindful movements to improve flexibility, release tension, and promote overall well-being.

Yoga Practice postures to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body in tandem with breathing exercises and meditation. Experience full-body relaxation and balance, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing and seated postures. Perfect to relax the body at the end of the day.

Yoga Flow Tuesdays & Thursdays | 11:15 a.m. This class is focused on improving mobility, balance, and mindful breathing. We begin with gentle warm-ups to open the hips, shoulders, and spine, followed by a guided flow linking breath to movement. Standing sequences challenged balance and stability, while core activation supported posture and alignment. We close with deep stretching and a relaxing mindfulness segment to reduce tension, calm the nervous system, and promote recovery.
