Spring is in the Air!
Spring has sprung and this season is all about new life and new beginnings! Some of our Members have relocated from parts of Florida and even communities just down the road, while others have moved from afar to resettle and form a new beginning. Whether you have moved from the other side of the world or from the other side of Orlando, we are excited for this new phase of Esplanade at Westview.
In April, Esplanade at Westview will celebrate its one-year anniversary since the Grand Opening of our community and SO much has changed since then. We now have more than 50 Member families living onsite, we recently opened our new Sales Gallery, Model Homes, and amenities. The Venue is quickly taking shape –thanks to all those who joined us for our groundbreaking in January!
Our lifestyle here at Esplanade at Westview will continue to evolve as the community grows. The Lifestyle team encourages Members to share their interests and ideas for unique clubs and events, both on and off-site. We love hearing about events that Members would like to see again, as well as fresh ideas for new events. Please do not hesitate to reach out to your Lifestyle team to brainstorm ideas for the future.
Remember, it is important to register for each event so your Lifestyle team can properly prepare. If you find yourself unable to attend an event you’ve registered for, please reach out to your Lifestyle Manager. We hope that all our Members can take time during this season to share in the growth and excitement of our community. We look forward to celebrating with you all.

Furry Friends Meet Milo “The Magnificent”

Milo is a Boxer who turned three years old on February 22 and is the only baby in the house. His 13-year-old big brother Boxer, Macho, passed away in 2025 prior to our move to Esplanade.
When we travel, Milo gets vacation time as well. He goes to Bass Pet Resort and Spa because yes, he is as bougie as his parents. His favorite treats are Good ‘n’ Fun Triple Flavor Ribs (Chicken, Beef and Port) and sometimes even Puerto Rican Beef Stew (Carne Guisada).
Milo is the sweetest dog and loves to hug. Outside the house he loves everybody, but if you come near the house, he is the most protective Boxer we have ever had. You’ve been warned.
The Boxer breed looks intimidating to some, but Boxers are usually fun-loving and will lead the thieves to the jewels. Once they love you, you are forever friends.

Where are you from and what brought you to Esplanade?
Ernesto (Ernie) was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and Yaritza (Yari) was born in Puerto Rico. What brought us to Esplanade was the desire for safety, peace, and a cleaner, calmer environment— somewhere that truly feels like home.
What do you do professionally?
Ernesto works in legal compliance, focusing on structure, accountability, and detail. Yaritza is a Corrective Exercise Specialist who also emphasizes nutrition, helping others move better, feel stronger, and build sustainable wellness habits.
What do you enjoy doing on your day off?
Rest. Whether that means slowing down, recharging, or simply enjoying a quiet moment, we value balance and recovery just as much as productivity.
Any hidden talents that might surprise people?
Ernesto has a strong artistic side, especially in animation and editing. Yaritza has a strong ear for music and a green thumb.
Anything else you’d like the community to know?
We genuinely value connection, well-being, and growth—both personally and within the community. We’re excited to be part of the Esplanade at Westview community.
