Collecting Now at The Venue!
One of our Members, Diane, has been volunteering to read at a local Fort Myers elementary school. The library books are in need of replacement with faded, torn binders and missing pages. We are hoping that we can make an impact and help the kids by collecting new or gently used books appropriate for elementary school grades Kindergarten through Fourth Grade. All books can be dropped off in the designated bin in the front lobby of The Venue.

This high-energy event is all about bringing Members together for an afternoon of friendly competition, great sportsmanship, and plenty of fun on the courts. Players will rotate through engaging match play designed to keep the games moving and the energy high while creating opportunities to meet fellow tennis enthusiasts in the community.
Racket, Smashes & Smoothies
Wednesday, June 17
Join us on the courts for Rackets, Smashes & Smoothies, a refreshing tennis social that blends energetic play with a cool and healthy twist. Members will rotate through friendly match play while enjoying the opportunity to connect with fellow tennis enthusiasts in a fun and welcoming environment.
Following the matches, players can recharge and cool down with a delicious smoothie from the Toasted Café while sharing highlights from the courts. It is the perfect combination of competition, community, and a refreshing post-match treat.
SUMMER SOCIAL BOCCE NIGHTS
Thursdays Beginning May 21 I 4 - 8 p.m.
Join us for a laid-back summer evening of bocce under the open sky! Whether you’re a seasoned player or brand new to the game, everyone’s welcome to drop in anytime throughout the night. Games run continuously, and we keep the action moving—winners stay on the court, and the next group of challengers rotates in.
Bring your friends or come solo and meet new people. It’s casual, friendly competition with plenty of laughs and great vibes. No need to sign up - just show up and play when you can!

With a background in Public Health from the University of Florida and nearly a decade immersed in Orlando’s vibrant food culture, Sarah has built a career around helping people connect more deeply, and joyfully, with what they eat.
As a certified nutrition consultant, culinary educator, and Level 1 Olive Oil Sommelier, Sarah blends science, storytelling, and hands on technique to show how flavor can be a powerful pathway to wellness. Through her work, she has crafted experiences that celebrate nourishment, creativity, and the belief that healthy eating should always feel exciting and accessible.

Raised in Porto Santo Stefano on the Tuscan coast and trained in restaurant and hotel management, Marco blends old world tradition with modern technique, global curiosity, and the warm hospitality he’s known for.
As a Certified Executive Chef and Certified Culinary Administrator, Marco has spent his career shaping unforgettable dining programs, including the opening of the first Bahama Bar and Culinary Center at Esplanade Lakewood Ranch. His classes are lively, story driven, and hands on, inviting Members to explore iconic dishes from around the world through the lens of culture, craft, and culinary spirit.
