Meet Mint and Vanilla, the irresistibly fluffy felines who have mastered the art of charm. At 7 and 10 years old, these blue eyed beauties have been melting the hearts of Rose and Chris Urness (and all of their friends) since kittenhood. True to their breed, these two Ragdolls are gentle, silky soft, and famously “floppy” when scooped up—the kind of cats who make you feel chosen every time they curl into your lap.
Life with Mint and Vanilla is anything but dull. When they’re not doing full speed zoomies around the house, they’re proudly delivering “gifts” from the lanai or settling in for a long session of bird watching. Their humans say the one thing that gets them in trouble is their ongoing mission to snack on indoor plants — a hobby they pursue with suspicious enthusiasm.
Despite their mischievous streak, Mint and Vanilla are best known for their sweetness. They’re cuddly, social, and wonderfully loyal, greeting their family at the door like two fluffy doormen. Their favorite treat? Catnip, of course — the good stuff.
Both cats joined the family as kittens and settled in instantly, forming a bond not just with their humans but with each other. Mint and Vanilla aren’t just pets — they are personalities, companions, the unofficial welcoming committee of their home, and undeniable proof that life is just sweeter with this perfect pair.

Esplanade’s EGGSTRAVAGANZA
Esplanade’s Eggstravaganza turned the neighborhood into a springtime adventure zone, complete with three delightfully different egg hunts that kept the whole community buzzing. Kids raced through a rainbow of hidden treasures, adults embraced the thrill of a hunt designed just for them, and dogs proudly sniffed out treat filled surprises of their own. Between the laughter, the friendly competition, and the wagging tails, the day felt like pure spring magic—a celebration that brought everyone together in the most joyful way.
April Showers UMBRELLA DECORATING
Our April Showers Umbrella Decorating event brought out everyone’s creative side as Members transformed plain umbrellas into colorful, spring themed works of art. With bright paints, playful patterns, and plenty of imagination, each participant designed their own rain ready masterpiece. The atmosphere was cheerful, hands on, and full of seasonal charm — the perfect way to welcome spring with a splash of creativity.

Our Pickleball Spring Smash Social brought fresh spring energy to the courts as Members enjoyed a lively morning of friendly play, great music, and seasonal treats. The event blended fun competition with easygoing social vibes, creating the perfect setting for neighbors to connect, rally, and celebrate the season together. With paddles swinging, playlists pumping, and plenty of smiles all around, the Spring Smash felt like the ultimate kickoff to warm weather fun.
