Welcoming Cozy Season! We are thrilled to welcome the cozy, vibrant fall season here at Esplanade at Center Lake Ranch! Summer brought so many wonderful memories, and we have an incredible lineup of events planned to keep that community spirit shining bright as the weather cools down. If you are anything like me, you are counting down the days until pumpkin spice everything arrives. Speaking of which, we are officially giving in to the fall hype and introducing pumpkin spice creamer to our coffee bar in October. We are kicking things off with our brand-new Birthday Club, hosted on the first of every month. Members celebrating a birthday that month can stop by to enjoy cake and celebrate with their neighbors. Our autumn schedule is packed with something for everyone, including our Labor Day celebration, the high-energy Fabulous Face-Off Game Show, delicious bites at Food Truck Friday, fun community games, an Italian wine tasting, and the Sushi Like a Pro Culinary Event.
Breast Cancer Awareness. To top it all off, we will be hosting our inaugural Halloween Party, so start thinking about what costume you are going to wear! On a personal note, this will most likely be the final magazine message I share with you as your Interim Lifestyle Manager. Serving this community has been an absolute joy, and each and every one of you has left a lasting impression on my heart. I have loved getting to know you, sharing so many laughs, and watching this neighborhood grow into such a tight-knit family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your support and for the unforgettable memories we have created together. It has been so incredibly rewarding. Furry Friends Meet Bennie
LOVED BY RICK & LINDA BISSON Hi, I’m Bennie, a six-month-old Bernedoodle, which means I’m a lovable mix of Bernese Mountain Dog and Poodle. I’m half fluff, half brainpower, and 100% good boy! When I’m not making new friends at Bark Park events or birdwatching from the window, you’ll usually find me watching sports on TV. If there’s a ball involved, I instantly become a sports fanatic! I also love neighborhood walks, puzzle games, lick pads, and car rides, once I’ve had a moment to settle in. I’m a quick learner, too. I’ve already mastered ringing a bell when I need to go outside! Be sure to say hello when you see me and my humans around the neighborhood.

Allan & Rosemary Fisher The Members of our community are truly what make this a wonderful place to live. In each edition, we will spotlight a Member, couple or family to showcase the amazing people that call our community home. If you would like to be featured or want to nominate another Member, please contact your Lifestyle Manager. Where are you from, and what brought you to Esplanade? Allan was born in New Jersey and later moved with his family to Miami and Broward County, where he met Rosemary in high school. Rosemary was born in Niagara Falls, New York. They first learned about Taylor Morrison through Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and appreciated the company’s community involvement. As they approached retirement, the timing felt perfect for their move to Esplanade. What do you typically do around the community? Allan and Rosemary can be found at nearly every event, enthusiastically supporting all that is happening around Esplanade. Rosemary brings warmth and charm to every conversation, while Allan, also known as “Bond, James Bond,” keeps everyone laughing with his sharp wit and 007 flair. What does your perfect weekend look like? Allan enjoys firing up the grill and spending time with family and friends. Rosemary loves relaxing by the pool or at the beach, followed by a fun game night with cards or board games. What are your favorite hobbies? Allan enjoys teaching kitchen skills, making turkey rolls and turduckens, and deep-sea fishing. He would also love to become a professional pastry chef. Rosemary enjoys reading and dreams of becoming an accomplished pianist. Allan and Rosemary will celebrate their 45th wedding anniversary this September, making this the perfect time to spotlight them!

What an incredible evening! We brought the electrifying energy, vibrant colors, and rhythm of Brazil and the Caribbean straight to Esplanade, and our Members truly showed up to celebrate in style. From the moment the doors opened, the atmosphere was packed with non-stop music, dazzling decor, and unforgettable energy. Thank you to all the Members who attended and made our very first Signature Event such a spectacular success. You brought the passion, the moves, and the fun!
What an incredible turnout for our Bourbon & Cigar Rolling Event! To celebrate National Bourbon Day in style, Members gathered for an evening that was nothing short of outstanding. The expert team from Old Fashion Cigar Lounge elevated the night, taking us through the intricate craftsmanship, subtle aromas, and unique tasting notes behind every pour and custom roll.

AND RED, WHITE & BLUE TIE DYE What a fantastic time we had honoring Independence Day together! The festivities kicked off a few days early as Members gathered for a creative afternoon of tie-dyeing t-shirts. It was amazing to see so many of those vibrant, hand-dyed creations make their debut at our July 4th BBQ. The BBQ itself was filled with great food, live music and even better conversation. While the food was delicious, the highlight of the day was simply relaxing and enjoying each other’s company as a community.

8 a.m. - 12 p.m. Esplanade at Center Lake Ranch 100% of the tournament fee collected per Member will benefit an organization supporting Breast Cancer Awareness efforts. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, register with your doubles partner and take part in competitive play on the courts with Members of neighboring Esplanade communities, as you enjoy live entertainment by our DJ, and light refreshments! This 4-hour tournament will consist of a 1-hour, timed round-robin event for Men’s and Women’s doubles, and mixed doubles play. After the tournament, the top three doubles teams from each event, as well as the overall high-scoring Esplanade community, will be recognized at a special awards ceremony. Both men and women are encouraged to come dressed in their best pink pickleball attire, as we participate in a shared effort to raise money and end breast cancer. Spectators are also encouraged to wear pink and cheer on their home teams! Registration: Tickets are $50 per Member. Players and spectators must register. We hope to see you there!

LOGO GAME NIGHT Friday, September 25 | 6 - 7 p.m. The Venue Lifestyle Room Grab a bite to eat from the food truck and head inside to the Venue for Logo Game Night. The game is simple, fun, and open to everyone. A series of logos will be displayed on the big screen, and you will write down the corresponding business names. We will start with instantly recognizable classics to get you warmed up, but the challenge ramps up with every passing round. Creating an Interest Group or Social Club is a great way to connect with neighbors, build community, learn something new, and most of all—have fun. They are Member-managed and self-supporting, but your Lifestyle Manager is here to help promote your events and activities through Member communications. The book is a murder mystery set in Winter Park. Whether you’re an avid reader or simply interested in joining a book-loving community, all are welcome. The club meets on the first Sunday of each month to connect through stories, conversation, and a shared love of reading. A Club Leader is currently needed.
