We are thrilled here at Esplanade at Center Lake Ranch to welcome the arrival of spring! With blooming flowers, warmer days, and fresh energy all around, we are excited to enjoy these vibrant months together!
We have some exciting events planned, from Treats & Eats for Pups: Dry Food Delights, a hands-on dog-friendly cooking class to spoil your furry friends, to our Thirsty Thursday: Charades & Fun, where laughter, games, and socializing are guaranteed! We will also celebrate St. Patrick’s Day this year with a whiskey tasting, and best dressed competition!

Where are you moving from and why?
We are moving from Lake Nona. We were born and raised in Miami; however, Miami ended up being too fast paced for us, so we wanted to move somewhere quieter and more peaceful.
What are some of your hobbies?
Ashley loves arts and crafts, cooking, baking, and fitness classes. She loves throwing dinner parties. Benny loves all kinds of sports, from golfing to basketball. They both enjoy traveling, and Ashley enjoys social media posting.
Where have you visited and where do you want to go?
We’ve been on many cruises, so we’ve been to places like Turks and Caicos, Dominican Republic, and Boston. We’re hoping to travel to Europe soon and explore.
Why did you choose Esplanade, and specifically why did you choose Esplanade at Center Lake Ranch?
We fell in love with Esplanade at Center Lake Ranch in January 2025, but since Benny had to finish his master’s degree, we decided to wait. Originally, we fell in love with the slow pace of Saint Cloud and the way Esplanade communities focus on wellness and being together. We also love Disney, so we thought the location is perfect to be able to travel up to the parks while also enjoying the slow-paced lifestyle.
What do you do for work?
Ashley has been a content creator for about five years and loves it, while Benny is a Behavior Analyst.
What are you most excited about regarding our community?
We are most excited about the fitness classes, the doggie park for our future furbaby, and meeting new people!
