Our calendar is brimming with events designed to spark joy and bring our community to life. Experience the dazzling energy and vibrant colors of our first Signature Event: Esplanade Carnival, where music, movement, and festive spirit will transport you straight to the heart of Rio and the Caribbean. Savor the rich flavors and smooth notes at our Bourbon Tasting paired with complimentary cigars, a perfect way to relax while discovering new favorites. And, don’t miss the fun and thrill of our Movie Night in the Pool, featuring the suspenseful classic Jaws, where you can float under the stars and enjoy a one-of-a-kind cinematic experience.

Where are you moving from and why?
We moved from another community which did not have the amenities and activities that Esplanade offers.
What are some of your hobbies?
Both Bill and I enjoy exercising, RVing and camping, riding motorcycles and checking out wineries.
Where have you visited and where do you want to go?
We’ve called many places home over the years — from South Dakota, Wisconsin, and Tennessee to several other states across the U.S. Internationally, our journey has taken us to France, Bermuda, Hawaii, Alaska, and Mexico. Next on our list are Italy, Iceland, and a long-awaited visit to Yellowstone National Park.
Why did you choose Esplanade, and specifically why did you choose Esplanade at Center Lake Ranch?
We fell in love with the Palazzio model and the beautiful conservation lot that was available. We’re also really excited about the fitness classes and the pickleball courts.
What new things are you hoping to try?
It would be wonderful to see dance classes offered at the center, such as line dancing and possibly salsa.
What are your biggest hopes and aspirations for our community?
To take advantage of all the center has for exercising, socializing and taking part in the various classes offered by Esplanade.

Meet Mickey
LOVED BY ASHLEY BERNAL & BENNY FERNANDEZ
Mickey is a Labrador Retriever mix with a remarkable rescue story. He was found in Alabama alongside his eight siblings and faced being sent to a kill shelter, until a rescue stepped in and saved them all. From there, Mickey made his way to Sanford, Florida, where he was welcomed into the loving home of Ashley and Benny, his forever family.
These days, Mickey enjoys the simple things: soaking up the sunshine, long naps, and the occasional steak (especially when it’s cooked by his dad, Benny).
Each morning, he makes it a point to greet everyone in the house before starting his day—a routine as sweet as he is. He’s excited to meet new fur friends at the Bark Park and share his incredible journey.

As a certified nutrition consultant, culinary educator, and Level 1 Olive Oil Sommelier, Sarah blends science, storytelling, and hands on technique to show how flavor can be a powerful pathway to wellness. Through her work, she has crafted experiences that celebrate nourishment, creativity, and the belief that healthy eating should always feel exciting and accessible.

Raised in Porto Santo Stefano on the Tuscan coast and trained in restaurant and hotel management, Marco blends old world tradition with modern technique, global curiosity, and the warm hospitality he’s known for.
