1.0 Objectives To ensure that a standardised process is adopted to clean the area, equipment and toys in the Kids Club. To ensure that the process of cleaning and disinfection keeps the area and toys free from pathogens as much as possible.
Definitions The Kids Club attendants must clean and sanitise all surfaces, toys, fabrics, toileting areas, outdoor areas and equipment, ready for the following days' usage, this includes all outside toys to be stored away in secure storage containers at the end of every working day for health and safety measures. Soft toys and furnishings will be removed.
2.0 Responsibilities The Kids Club attendant is responsible to ensure the proper cleaning is being done according to schedule The Kids Club supervisor is in charge for the appropriate implementation of this procedure.

3.1.1 Wear gown or apron to protect skin or trunk and to prevent soiling of clothing during procedures that are likely to generate splashes or sprays of blood, body fluids, secretions, or excretions. Cleaning the Toilets
Put solution in the toilet bowl.
Scrape the interior with a clean abrasive brush and let the chemical solution stay in contact for 15 minutes.
Flush the toilet and scrap any remaining dirt off.
Wipe and polish entire exterior surfaces of the toilet using a clean cloth.
Sanitise entire exterior surfaces of the toilet with sanitizer.
