Our work is not finished.
The day of the NAR Legal Settlement has come, has gone, and we are all still here!
The business and legal environment is ever evolving. So, for us as professionals, our training never stops.
Despite all of the angst and anger surrounding the NAR Legal Settlement, as Realtors we continue to deliver strong professional services to our customers and clients. We have not folded nor withered away. We have not let the nay-sayers, and the ne’er-do-wells stop us. We have not let the massive amounts of misinformation in the media and online deter us from fulfilling our duties and obligations to the buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords we serve. And we will continue to persevere. Our profession has risen to the challenge thrown at us. To date over 24,000 Florida Realtors have completed the Accredited Buyer Representative training. Tens of thousands more have participated in other online and in-person training. Hundreds of Osceola Realtors members have attended our classes and training. But...
We are especially fortunate to have the talented and skilled team at Florida Realtors to train us, to support us, and to advocate for us. They are the best in the nation! Not to mention our own team at Osceola Realtors, who have put in countless hours working to answer questions and provide assistance to our members. They are the best in Florida - so that makes them the best of the best! Never-the-less, some of our fellow Realtors will have somehow missed the boat. To them please give some grace and patience. Encourage them to engage in the training and support offered at Osceola Realtors and Florida Realtors. Remember that the better informed they become, the more pleasant your transaction with them will be! No – the predicted disaster and doom did not happen. You have persisted and have prevailed.
