Set goals and strategize to enjoy your education journey---it’s life-long! Course Monitor Program < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < We are seeking volunteers for our Course Monitor Program. Monitors are responsible for notating scheduled breaks, signing members in and out for unscheduled breaks, and assessing the total time missed for CE credit classes. Monitors perform a valued service for the Association while earning CE credits for the courses they oversee. If you are interested in enrolling in the program, please contact the Education Department at education@osceola-realtors.com. Code of Ethics & Fair Housing Requirements Being a member of the National Association of Realtors® means you hold yourself to a higher standard. Every three years, new and continuing REALTOR® members are required to take a Code of Ethics class and a Fair Housing/Anti-Bias Training. The current cycle began January 1, 2025 and will end December 31, 2027. We encourage all of our members to complete these requirements early to avoid disruptions in services when the deadline approaches.
