It is true that coming changes in MLS,

Are we missing an essential element of what we as Realtors promote, support, and provide? Yes. It is our long and steadfast commitment as Realtors to home ownership. We are so close to, and so involved in, the details of the process for home ownership that we can forget the powerful importance of home ownership which we help bring to our customers, our clients, our community, and our country.

Homeownership is the greatest store of wealth – many times accounting for over 60% of U.S. households according to the U.S. Census Bureau. And homeownership creates a store of value that can be passed to future generations.
