Oscar Elizondo

Oscar Elizondo started in corporate tax preparation and accounting, working with mid-sized and large organizations. These roles helped him develop a clear understanding of financial systems, budgeting, and operational efficiency. He later became a regional manager at ADP Payroll Processing, Inc., where he focused on expanding operations across South Texas and managing client relationships. His contributions were recognized with Rookie of the Year and Manager of the Year awards. Elizondo expanded into real estate after obtaining his license on his first attempt. Between 2012 and 2018, he completed more than $20 million in property transactions as both an investor and agent. This experience strengthened his ability to evaluate property value, understand market conditions, and manage transactions. His involvement in construction began earlier, in 2003, when he started building homes alongside his cousin. Over time, he remodeled properties and developed the skills that would later support his business. In 2019, he founded Zondo Construction and Zondo Roofing, overseeing residential homes, apartment complexes, and commercial buildings across South Texas.
