At last month’s annual Volunteer Appreciation Reception, Oro Valley Town Council and staff had the opportunity to recognize the men and women who serve on Town boards, commissions, committees and other OV volunteer programs. Since not everyone was able to attend, we wanted to publicly offer a heartfelt THANK YOU to the more than 200 Oro Valley residents who volunteer THOUSANDS of hours of their time each year to ensure that Oro Valley remains a community of excellence.

Upcoming Council Meeting date changes
Help shape the future of Oro Valley’s path and trail network by contributing your insight to the OV Trails Connect Master Plan! Join us on January 15, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. via Zoom for the Trails Stakeholder Group Meeting. (Click here for the Zoom link, or visit the Meetings and Agendas page at OVAZ.gov.) As the Town works to finalize this community-driven vision, your experience and ideas are essential to creating a safe, connected and inspiring system of trails and paths for all users. Your feedback will directly influence the plan’s priorities, Vision and Guiding Principles, and implementation strategies. Together, we can ensure the final plan reflects the needs, aspirations and values of the entire Oro Valley community.
Oro Valley Town Council Meetings are typically held on the first and third Wednesday of each month; however, please note these revised meeting dates for the months of January and April 2026. • January 14 & 28
