787 Brewing, Tualatin Valley's only Puerto Rican-owned brewery, produces handcrafted beers made with bold, Latininspired flavors. This brewery is bringing something fresh to Hillsboro, pairing small-batch craft beer with Puerto Rican culture, the local community and a whole lot of love. Ancestry Brewing pours its signature and experimental ales at its flagship brewery and taproom in Tualatin. Ancestry specializes in a wide variety of family-crafted brews made with its selection of hops, including Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy and many more.

Backwoods Brewing Company opened its first Tualatin Valley location in downtown Hillsboro. Its brewpub offers their diverse craft beers, including lagers, IPAs, stouts, ambers, ales and more. The Hillsboro pub’s food menu offers appetizers, salads, wraps, sandwiches, burgers and more.

BDSM Brewing, is an LGBTQ-friendly, craft nano brewery in downtown Hillsboro. Flagship beers include pale ale, pilsners, Irish red ale, stouts, IPA and more. In addition to their own beers, BDSM also features hard seltzers and guest pours from local craft breweries.

BearKat Brewing is Sherwood’s newest gathering place, offering thoughtfully crafted beers, elevated bites and a welcoming, community-first atmosphere. Female-owned and locally focused, the brewery blends Pacific Northwest brewing traditions with a love for German-style lagers and ales. Signature brews include Kölsch, Märzen, stouts and IPAs. Beyond great beer, BearKat partners with local nonprofits and partners to create collaboration brews.

BinaryBrewing.co is a craft brewery with a focus for developing new experimental beers. This brewery, named for the owners’ love of technology and craft beer, has amassed a cult following with its modern twists on classic styles of brewing.

Breakside Brewery brings their beloved brews to its beer garden in historic downtown Beaverton. The Beaverton location has an outdoor bar, 200 outside seats that are partially covered and heated for the winter, and fire pits. Play lawn games while you enjoy a craft beer and nosh on a variety of foods from the site’s six food trucks.

With two locations, Cooper Mountain Ale Work offers a full selection of its beers, brewed onsite at their two breweries. Their styles include UK, German and Belgian brews, including beers that are hard to find. Both locations also have a full menu of pub favorites.

FlyBoy Brewing showcases its crafted brews at its aviation themed brewery and pub in Tigard. The tap list includes several of its own brews—from mouth-puckering sours to hoppy IPAs—which complement the diverse food menu.

G-Man Brewery is a relative newcomer to Tualatin Valley’s craft beer scene. G-Man’s beers were created out of passion and the pursuit of the perfect beer. These brews run the gamut from a berry lager to effervescent Hefeweizen or tropical hazy IPA.

Golden Valley Brewery’s craft brews—made in their McMinnville brewery—come in a variety of styles, including a special award-winning Beaverton Blonde, in honor of the Beaverton location. Enjoy a craft beer and an all-natural handcrafted Angus burger exclusively from their own cattle ranch located in Yamhill County.

Great Notion Brewing is a Portland-based, award-winning brewery. The brewery offers a wide range of brews, including hazy, fruit-forward IPAs and “culinary-inspired” sours and stouts. Lazy Days Brewing offers a lineup of house-made craft beers to suit every palate. From hop-forward IPAs to malt-driven classics, the beer menu pairs perfectly with their signature Detroit-style pizzas and hearty subs.

Mazama Brewing is a family-owned brewery out of Corvallis that specializes in award-winning European beers. Mazama recently expanded its roots by opening a new taproom and kitchen in Hillsboro’s Orenco Station right off the MAX Light Rail. Try a Beer Bloody Mary along with their famous Doughnut Holes. Cornelius Pass Roadhouse brews up McMenamins’ ales on a pioneer homestead settled in the 1850s. The site’s original structures have been preserved so that guests can enjoy the rustic atmosphere while partaking in one of the options on the lunch or dinner menu and sampling McMenamins’ ales, wines and spirits.

Oak Hills Brewpub invites guests to watch McMenamins’ brewers hard at work among the colorfully painted brew tanks as you sit back with a fresh pint. The brewpub is open daily for lunch and dinner and families are welcome.

John Barleycorns, inspired by an old pump station in Hawaii, is a lofty building with indoor and outdoor seating excellent for a handcrafted pint. The brewery and brewpub opened in Tigard in 1996, and was the first pub that McMenamins built from the ground up.

The Old Market Pub & Brewery (OMP) opened in 1994 and is one of the oldest micro-breweries in the Portland area. The brewpub offers OMP’s standard 10-beer lineup with three to five seasonals from its own on-site organic brewery. PELAGIC BREWING PUBLIC HOUSE

Pelagic Brewing is a craft brewery located in downtown Forest Grove. The beer menu features Pelagic’s Saisons and IPAs, as well as Bull Run Cider and wines from their favorite local wineries. This brewpub offers lunch and dinner made from seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients by local food truck Comida Kin. It also has a toddler play area, foosball table and board and table games.

Steeplejack’s third location houses an onsite brewery and large taproom featuring a fireplace and private seating. Behind-the-scenes tours of the brewhouse and canning lines are available. The brewery is family-friendly and dogs are welcome on their outside seating patio.

Stickmen Brewing’s second production facility and barrel room, complete with a taproom, is located in the city of Tualatin. The Beer Hall features 28 taps of a variety of craft brews, including year-round, seasonal and experimental beers, as well as barrel-aged and nitro beers, which pair nicely with the in-house made wood-fired pizzas.

Founded in 2013, Three Mugs Brewing is a dog-friendly and veteran-owned brewery, crafts a variety of beers—from light and hoppy to dark and malty. In addition to its tasty brews, Three Mugs also makes a house-made hard seltzer.

Vertigo Brewing has been producing innovative and acclaimed beer from its seven-barrel brewery in Hillsboro since 2008. Taste Vertigo’s variety of brews, from Northweststyle IPAs and fruit beer to barrel-aged seasonal beers at its cozy taproom.

Bull Run Cider is crafted in Forest Grove, made with highest quality ingredients, including fruit grown within 100 miles of the cidery, which is hand harvested. Bull Run makes a diversity of hard ciders ranging from dry to semi-sweet, including fruit-forward ciders, such as blueberry lemon, marionberry and brambleberry. Taste these ciders at Bull Run’s new home at Pelagic Brewing.
