DRY OFFSET PRINTING SOLUTIONS ORAFLEX® 1142 and 11409 When printing cans or cups, a rubber printing blanket is used for each motive and then removed again. ORAFOL develops and produces adhesive tape solutions for rubber blanket bonding. The prerequisite for excellent application results is that the rubber printing blanket remains firmly on the cylinder during printing and can then be removed without leaving any residue. The double-sided adhesive tape solutions ORAFLEX® 1142 and ORAFLEX® 11409 were specially developed for these applications. A flexible fabric carrier coated on both sides with acrylate adhesive guarantees that the rubber printing blankets adhere optimally and that accurate printing can therefore take place. Two solutions for different printing needs: • ORAFLEX® 1142 for 0.01” thickness (0.31mm) • ORAFLEX® 11409 for 0.31” thickness (0.38 mm)
