There is something shifting right now. Not loudly. Not in headlines. But beneath it all. In the quiet awareness many of us are feeling at the same time.
The masks are slipping. The stories we were handed are being questioned. The voices once silenced are rising. And in the middle of it all sits one powerful question.
Who are you when you are not performing for the world?
This edition of OracleME lives in that space. Between illusion and truth. Between inherited narratives and inner knowing. Between the version of you that survived and the one ready to lead consciously.
We are surrounded by noise. Information is constant. Opinions are amplified. Distraction is profitable. For some, this feels destabilising. For others, it feels like relief.
Truth carries a frequency. When it surfaces, it cannot be unseen.
But this is not only about the world. It is about you.
Where have you stayed quiet to feel safe. Where have you carried stories that were never yours. Where have you absorbed collective fear instead of standing in your own awareness.
OracleME exists to bring you back to yourself. To your discernment. Your intuition. Your sovereignty.
You are not behind. You are remembering.
With love,

Signs and synchronicities:

STORY MEG EVANS-BLAIR
Weall want to feel seen, guided, and a little less lost in the everyday rush. Signs and synchronicities are one of the ways to tune in to your personal spiritedly guidance system. They aren’t fortune-telling tricks, but gentle nudges from the Universe that invite you to pause, reflect, and listen to your own inner compass. Let’s explore what signs are, how Jung’s idea of meaningful coincidence fits in, and how you can start noticing your own personal patterns without turning life into a scavenger hunt.
First up: what are signs? Think of them as cues in your environment that feel loaded with meaning beyond their obvious purpose. A song that keeps popping up, a repeated number sequence, a dream that lingers after you wake, or a chance meeting with someone who resonates with what you’re wrestling with. The meaning isn’t universal; it’s personal. Your beliefs, culture, and current mood shape how you interpret what you notice. Signs can spark reassurance, prompt reflection, or nudge you toward a decision you’ve been avoiding.
Then there’s synchronicity — the term Carl Jung coined for meaningful coincidences that aren’t causally related but seem connected by meaning. You
A Casual, Upbeat Invitation to Notice Life’s Little Whispers
might be mulling over a question, and suddenly a friend texts you out of the blue. You keep seeing a certain name, and it lines up with a choice you’re facing. Jung wasn’t saying every coincidence is a message, but that we often recognise significance when we pause and reflect. He linked these moments to archetypes — universal symbols that pop up across cultures — hinting that our inner world and outer events are talking to each other in a language of pattern and resonance.
Signs from Heaven? People across traditions describe signs in many forms. Celestial signs like meteor showers or unusual star patterns can feel symbolic in the moment. Dreams and visions often carry a sense of relevance to waking life. Sacred or religious signs might appear as events, texts, or rituals that feel somehow guided. Nature also speaks: animals showing up at just the right moment, weather shifts aligning with a decision you’re weighing, or other natural quirks that feel loaded with message. And then there are the everyday signs — like a song you can’t shake, a number pattern that keeps popping up, or a serendipitous encounter — that blur the line between sacred and ordinary in a way that’s absolutely magical.
Angel numbers are also a popular, approachable doorway into everyday meaning. Recurring sequences like 111, 222, or 333 show up on clocks, receipts, licence plates, or phone screens. These can be interpreted as gentle messages from angels, spirit guides, or the universe. The fun part is that these patterns invite a moment of reflection: what in my life needs attention? What am I feeling grateful for? The caveat: stay curious without slipping into superstition. Use angel numbers as prompts to slow down and think, not as guarantees.
How to start exploring your signs and synchronicities? Pause when
something stands out. Take a breath, notice your initial reaction, and ask: what might this moment reveal about my priorities or fears? Try embracing multiple interpretations to see what resonates. Look for patterns over a single clue — meaning often shows up in themes rather than in a single thread. And follow through with gentle action: if a sign nudges you toward a choice, set a small, concrete step you can take in the next week or two.
If you want a practical boost, try these quick exercises: keep a dream notebook and note recurring symbols; for a week, jot three things you notice in the day that repeat or feel significant; build a personal symbols glossary — colours, animals, numbers — that matter to you and revisit it after a month; when you spot a sign, write a brief question you want answered and observe what unfolds.
Ultimately, signs and synchronicities are a friendly invitation to co-create your life with a bit more awareness. They’re not guarantees, but doors — doors to curiosity, gratitude, and action aligned with your values. Ready to start listening? Your next sign might be closer than you think.

AromaStoic Living
The Four Pillars of a Well-Lived Life
STORY LEONIE FEATHERSTONE
Intoday’s world, we are constantly bombarded with advice on how to live better and it can be confusing AND overwhelming! The ancient Stoics offer something refreshingly simple: a framework for living well that rests on four enduring virtues — Wisdom, Courage, Justice, and Moderation.
These were not abstract ideals reserved for philosophers in robes wandering through marble halls. They were practical tools for everyday life then, and they are as relevant to us today: how to think clearly, act bravely, care for others, and remain balanced in a chaotic world.
These ancient teachings become especially powerful when we embody them not only intellectually, but sensorially and physically through intentional rituals, essential oils, breath, and presence.
Wisdom: Seeing Clearly
For the Stoics, wisdom was the foundation of all virtues. It meant seeing reality as it is — not distorted by fear, impulse, or wishful thinking. Wisdom asks us to practise ‘the power of the pause’, observe, and respond with clarity rather than react with blind emotion.
Sensory support: dōTERRA Frankincense Essential Oil has long been associated with contemplation, perspective and ‘truth’. Diffuse it during journalling or quiet reflection to create a sensory cue for clarity and expanded thinking.
Ritual practice: Begin the day with three minutes of stillness. Inhale Frankincense slowly and ask: What is
truly within my control today?
Affirmation: “I embrace life with clear eyes and a calm mind.”
Courage: Meeting Difficulty with Strength
Stoic courage is not loud heroism. It is the quiet willingness to face discomfort, uncertainty, and vulnerability without retreat. The Stoics taught that difficulty is not an interruption of life — it is life’s training ground. Every challenge is seen as an opportunity to develop character.

Moderation: The Art of Balance
Sensory support: dōTERRA Ginger Essential Oil empowers users to take full responsibility for their lives and strengthens their belief in their own inner power.
Ritual practice: Before a challenging task, inhale Ginger deeply and visualise yourself as a Superhero. Let your posture signal readiness. Affirmation: “I rise to meet and overcome my challenges.”
Justice: Recognising Our Deep Interconnectedness
As humans, we are social beings designed for cooperation, empathy, and contribution. A well-lived life is never purely individual; it ripples outward and touches many.
Justice invites us to act with fairness, kindness, and responsibility toward others — even when it is inconvenient.
Sensory support: dōTERRA Forgive Blend challenges us to let go of hostilities and embrace others as an extension of ourselves.
Ritual practice: Apply Forgive before entering shared spaces and silently set an intention to contribute positively to those you encounter.
Moderation is the virtue that keeps the others in harmony. It is the practice of restraint, balance, and emotional regulation. Rather than suppressing feeling, moderation guides us to experience emotion without being ruled by it.
Sensory support: dōTERRA Aromatouch blend assists the body and mind to relax and move more into a ‘balanced state’.
Ritual practice: In moments of overwhelm, place a drop of Aromatouch on the wrists and breathe in to the count of 4, hold for 4, out for 4 and hold for 4.
Affirmation: “I move through life with calm balance.”
Living the Virtues Daily
Practising Stoic virtues daily shapes how we interpret the world and how we show up within it.
When paired with intentional sensory rituals, they become embodied habits. Aroma anchors awareness. Breath steadies the mind. Small rituals create moments of return and reminders to live deliberately.
A well-lived life is built from these quiet repetitions: choosing clarity over confusion, courage over avoidance, kindness over indifference, balance over excess.

It was two o’clock in the morning when Margaret pushed open her daughter’s bedroom door, expecting to find the six-year-old fast asleep. Instead, Kerry was sitting upright in bed, wide awake, chatting away as though she had company. Margaret listened carefully. Kerry was talking to Dave and John, two names that sent a chill through the room. Dave and John had once owned the very land their house sat on. They had been dead for years.
In that quiet, dimly lit moment, Margaret understood something about her daughter that would shape the rest of Kerry’s life. The gift had been passed down.
Margaret herself was deeply psychic, and she recognised the signs immediately. Her little girl wasn’t having a bad

dream or an overactive imagination. She was communicating with the other side, as naturally as if she were speaking to the neighbours over the back fence.
For Kerry, the years that followed were a slow unfolding. The voices, the energy, the intense focus that would come over her without warning, all of it began building through her twenties and thirties. It wasn’t something she could switch on and off like a light. It was more like a tide, rising gradually until it became an undeniable part of who she was.
Today, Kerry has built a reputation as one of Australia’s most respected psychics. But what sets her apart is not just the breadth of her abilities. It is the deeply personal way she works. Kerry does not use tarot cards. She gazes into her crystal ball, using it as a focal point to connect with energies that most of us cannot perceive. It is a method that feels both ancient and intimate, a practice rooted in concentration and trust rather than theatre.

Her loyal clients describe her ability to channel and communicate with deceased family members as nothing short of remarkable. For many, a session with Kerry is not about fortune telling or parlour tricks. It is about hearing from someone they have lost, receiving a message that brings comfort, or gaining clarity on a path forward. She also conducts group crossing-over sessions, where the connections she makes can leave an entire room moved to silence or tears.
What strikes most people about Kerry is her honesty. She will tell you what she sees, not what you want to hear. That integrity, inherited from her mother Margaret, runs through everything she does, whether it is a one-on-one reading over the phone, a psychic dinner with friends, or a corporate event where even the sceptics leave the room a little quieter than when they walked in.
Kerry’s clients come from every background imaginable — company directors, media personalities, university students, parents juggling young families. As Kerry herself puts it, they come from everywhere, for every conceivable reason.
And perhaps that is the most telling thing about her. In a world full of noise and uncertainty, people keep finding their way to the girl who once sat up in bed at 2am, talking to ghosts. They come because she listens to what others cannot hear, and somehow, she helps them hear it too.

the spirit realm
How I Receive Information from the Spirit Realm and How You May Notice Spirit Communicating with You
STORY MELISSA PARIS
Receiving information from the spirit realm happens through subtle internal channels beyond the physical senses. It does not usually appear as something external standing in front of you. More often than not, it comes through your mind, body, emotions, and inner awareness. Spirit communicates through energy, and our nervous system and consciousness translate that energy into thoughts, sensations, images, and sounds.
For me, one of the strongest ways I receive information is through inner knowing. This often comes as a thought that appears suddenly, without effort. It is not something I am actively trying to figure out. It simply arrives, complete and clear. It feels calm, certain, and neutral. It does not carry the emotional noise that fear or overthinking creates. It feels like truth that exists beyond logic.
I also receive auditory messages. Most of these are not heard with my physical ears, but internally, within my mind. It can feel like hearing a voice that is not my own thinking voice. Sometimes it is a word, a sentence, or guidance that appears clearly and directly. Other times, I hear songs in my mind. These songs often contain specific lyrics that carry meaning for a person or situation. Spirit uses music because it carries emotional frequency and symbolic messages.
There are also times when I perceive accents or tones that are different from my own inner voice. This can reflect the personality, background, or identity of the spirit communicating. These impressions feel calm and purposeful.
Visual impressions are another way information comes through. These are seen in the mind, not with physical sight. I may see faces, symbols, places, or moments. These images appear quickly and carry meaning beyond the image itself. Spirit communicates symbolically because symbols speak to intuition rather than logic.
My body is also an important channel. I feel energetic shifts physically. This can include pressure in my chest, sensations in my stomach, chills, warmth, or sudden emotional waves. This is how I am able to pick up on physical issues with living people, as well as feel how a spirit communicator passed or illnesses they may have suffered with whilst living. The body responds to energy honestly, without filtering it.
When spirit is trying to connect with me, I will feel them enter my energetic field. That is how I become aware of their presence, and then I am able to tune into my other senses and communicate. Do you remember when you were a child and you would get chills randomly, and your parents used to say, “Someone just walked over your grave”? That is exactly how I feel when spirit enters my energy field.
Many people are already receiving communication from

spirit but may dismiss it as imagination. One of the clearest signs is repetition — hearing the same song, seeing repeated numbers, having recurring thoughts that feel meaningful, or dreaming about the same person or message. Spirit uses repetition to bring awareness.
People may also feel sudden clarity, strong intuitive pulls, or emotional reassurance without an external reason. Spirit communication feels peaceful, grounded, and supportive. It does not create fear. It creates clarity and direction.
Everyone has the ability to receive communication. It is a natural sensitivity to energy. The more you trust your inner awareness and allow yourself to be still, the more clearly you may recognise when spirit is communicating with you. Spirit does not force itself. It meets you where you are, and it communicates in ways your mind and body can understand.

It is not dramatic. It is not loud. It does not announce itself with fireworks. It feels more like a whisper.
A restlessness.
A subtle dissatisfaction.
A knowing that something no longer fits.
Across ancient spiritual traditions, this moment has been recognised as sacred. In Buddhist philosophy, it is the awareness of ‘dukkha’ — the discomfort that arises when we are living out of alignment. In Taoist teaching, it is the signal that we are resisting the natural flow of our becoming.
In modern psychology, it is understood as cognitive and emotional dissonance — the tension that arises when our inner truth no longer matches our external life.
Different language. Same invitation. Growth.
In my work supporting women through self-discovery and spiritual awakening, I have witnessed a common pattern — women who are intuitive, capable and deeply wise… yet quietly remaining in situations that diminish them.
Not because they lack strength.
But because the nervous system prefers familiarity over freedom.
Neuroscience shows us that the brain is wired to prioritise safety and belonging.
Even when the familiar is unfulfilling. Even when it quietly erodes our vitality.
Ancient wisdom echoes this truth. The ego clings to the known. The soul calls us forward.
The tension between these two forces is not a flaw in our character — it is part of the human experience.
But when we continually silence our

Resentment builds softly.
Anxiety hums beneath the surface. Joy becomes muted.
In some cases, the body begins to speak what the soul has been whispering.
Ancient healers understood this well — that emotional suppression manifests energetically and physically. Modern wellbeing research now confirms the powerful relationship between emotional repression and stress-related illness.
This is not about blame. It is about awareness.
The body is wise. The psyche is wise. The soul is wise.
The question is: are we listening?
Transformation does not require burning your life down.
It requires initiation.
In many ancient traditions, initiation was not a single dramatic event. It was a crossing of thresholds — small, deliberate steps that signalled readiness for expansion.
Modern behavioural science supports this. Research consistently shows that small, consistent actions create upward spirals in wellbeing. Each aligned decision strengthens neural pathways associated with confidence and agency.
Psychologists refer to this as building self-efficacy — the belief that “I can.”
The moment a woman sets one boundary.
Speaks one truth.
Says no where she once over-gave. Says yes to what stretches her. These are not minor decisions. They are acts of self-remembrance. When a woman chooses alignment,
even gently, her inner landscape reorganises.
Her nervous system learns that growth is safe.
Her posture changes.
Her voice steadies.
She feels more at home in her body.
And as her inner world shifts, her outer world responds.
Aligned people appear.
Old dynamics dissolve.
Opportunities arise.
Relationships evolve.
This is not mystical fantasy.
It is the natural law of resonance — a principle found in both spiritual teaching and quantum understanding: energy reorganises around clarity.
Positive change begins within — and then it flows outward.
The modern mystic is not defined by robes or ritual alone.
She is defined by self-awareness.
She understands that awakening is not only about transcendence — it is about embodiment. It is about choosing courage in ordinary moments. It is about honouring desire without apology.
The oracle within does not shout.
She whispers through discomfort.
Through longing.
Through the quiet sense that you were made for more.
The highest version of yourself is not a future destination.
She is a remembering.
And remembrance begins with one small step.
One boundary.
One decision.
One courageous yes.
When you honour that step, you send a powerful message to your psyche and to the field of possibility around you:
I trust myself.
I am worthy of expansion.
I am ready.
And in that moment, the path begins to reveal itself.

Unlock Your Next Level:
How Kinesiology and Shadow Archetypes Can Break Invisible Ceilings
STORY DONNA DREW
Ina world that moves at relentless speed, many highachievers have mastered productivity yet quietly struggle with overwhelm, anxiety, misalignment, or the sense they’ve hit an invisible ceiling. Increasingly, they’re turning to Kinesiology — a sophisticated, integrative modality that bridges science and spirit — to restore balance and unlock their next level of performance.
Kinesiology is a powerful “east meets west” approach to wellbeing and human potential. From the Western perspective, it draws on neuroscience, stress physiology, and psychology, recognising the profound impact the nervous system has on behaviour, cognition, and performance. From Eastern traditions, it incorporates the meridian system used in Traditional Chinese Medicine alongside the chakra
system, both of which recognise that energy flow directly influences emotional, mental, and spiritual states. Together, these perspectives create a holistic framework that honours both biology and energy. At its core, Kinesiology uses biofeedback to access the body’s innate intelligence.
The body records every experience — particularly stress. When pressure becomes chronic, the nervous system can remain locked in survival mode. Over time, this affects concentration, decision-making, creativity, emotional and physiological regulation. It can also show up as self-sabotage, procrastination, perfectionism, or persistent anxiety.
Through precise bio-feedback techniques, a kinesiologist identifies where stress is held and gently facilitates its release. Clients often report greater mental clarity, improved focus, renewed energy, and a sense of calm. For business owners and professionals, this translates into clearer strategy, stronger leadership presence, and the ability to perform under pressure without burnout. For high-performing women balancing career, family, and the invisible load of managing a household, it can mean responding rather than reacting, setting boundaries without guilt, and sustaining success without self-sacrifice.

A distinctive strength of Kinesiology is its ability to uncover subconscious patterns — the hidden beliefs and emotional imprints shaping behaviour beneath conscious awareness. This is where shadow work naturally integrates. Shadow work explores the parts of ourselves we’ve suppressed or judged. These hidden aspects often underpin fears of visibility, money blocks, overworking, self-sabotage, or difficulty receiving support. Kinesiology uses bio-feedback to access and shift these patterns safely.
Under Donna’s professional guidance, clients can rewire stress at a nervous system level, without becoming overwhelmed, helping them shift old thought patterns, stuck emotions and self-doubts that have been holding them back.
The result is practical and embodied: steadier confidence, clearer boundaries, and expanded capacity.
This integration of nervous system regulation, energetic alignment, and subconscious recalibration is why many high performing women experience Kinesiology as a catalyst for breakthrough. When internal stress patterns dissolve, performance rises naturally. When the system feels safe, creativity expands. When alignment is restored, growth becomes sustainable.
A spirit guide connection
STORY LEONIE-MAY
I’veseen Spirits from a very young age. I was a child that spoke to imaginary friends, animals, plants, the moon, the stars, to the sky, to everything really.
I’ve always believed in Spirit Guides, that someone or something is watching over you with a gentle guiding hand or energy. I’ve had way too many experiences not to believe that there is something more, something bigger than us. I’ve even experienced having my life saved (literally) by a Spirit Animal or two. That’s a very special story for another time, as I’m writing a book on it.
I learnt to quieten my mind with the aid of meditation and spirituality, along with a few witchy tools like crystals, incense, candles etc. I have a gratitude incantation that I say to both thank and invite Spirit Guides to join me and share any wisdom they may have for me. Sometimes I do this with eyes closed and on occasions with eyes open. Then I patiently listen, see, feel, smell, until someone or something arrives. Once I mastered my own abilities, I was then able to start guiding others into a Spirit Guide Connection with a difference.
The older I got, the stronger my Spirit Guide Connection became, as my abilities seem to grow faster than I expected. I naturally fell into the Spiritual industry where I got to share my experiences and guide others.
My most favourite event to present is the Spirit Guide Connections, otherwise known as the Spirit Guide Viewing. It is a Magickal evening that combines, psychic, medium, oracle, and intuitive abilities; connecting others to their very own Spirit Guides that are around them at that particular point in time. People will get to experience both a group and individual meditative journey.
As an individual: You will be guided to a place where you can receive messages, healing or guidance from whoever chooses to stand beside you on the night.
As a group: You will witness the Guides of each individual as they appear around the person on the sacred chair; giving

you messages or insight to pass on to the person you are witnessing in the journey.
It is vital to remember that while you may wish to see a particular Spirit Guide (or person that’s passed away) it’s not guaranteed that they will appear on the night. It is important that we all respect the Spirit Realm and have patience with gratitude. Spirit Guides appear when they choose and only when they think you’re ready to hear or see them. However, you may have other Spirit Guides that you weren’t aware of make their presence known to you.
Overall, it is always who is meant to appear on the night with just the right message, healing or guidance you need to receive. It is a very Magickal evening and it always amazes me with outcomes that were often unexpected.

Some conversations don’t just inform you, they sit with you, soften you, and quietly change the way you see life. This one is like that. In this deeply honest and tender reflection, Jo shares what it has meant to lose her partner Jason, and to keep living, loving, and showing up in a world that no longer looks the same. with
INTERVIEW BY OracleME
This is not a story about ‘getting over’ grief. It’s about learning how to carry it. About discovering strength you didn’t know you had, receiving support when you’ve always been the one giving it, and realising that love doesn’t end just because someone is no longer here in the way they once were.
What unfolds is a beautiful, raw, and courageous exploration of survival, connection, presence, and the quiet ways the heart keeps choosing life — one breath, one day, one honest moment at a time.
Q: In your article, you write that reinventing yourself wasn’t a choice — it was survival. What has this season of survival taught you about who you really are?
A: This season of survival has shown me that I am far more resilient, intuitive, and anchored than I ever realised. When everything familiar fell away, I discovered the parts of myself that don’t break — the parts that rise, the parts that know how to rebuild, the parts that can hold grief and still choose life.
It taught me that I am a woman who keeps showing up, even when her heart is in pieces. A woman who can sit in the fire and not lose herself. A woman who can say yes to connection and no to overwhelm, without apology. A woman who can receive support instead of carrying everything alone. A woman who can honour her pain without letting it define her.
Survival stripped me back to my essence. And what
I found there was strength, softness, courage, and a depth of self I had never met before. This season didn’t just teach me who I am — it revealed who I’ve always been.
Q: Grief is often described as something to ‘get through,’ but you describe it as something you’re learning to live with. What has living with grief looked like for you, day to day?
A: Living with grief hasn’t been about getting through something — it’s been about learning to carry something that now lives in me. It isn’t a chapter that ends; it’s a companion that keeps changing shape.
Day to day, it looks like waking steady some mornings and waking with my heart in my throat on others. It’s remembering to breathe when a wave hits in the car, the supermarket, or mid-conversation. It’s saying yes to dinners, movies, and beach walks when I have the capacity, and saying no when my body says I’m done. It’s learning to rest without guilt, and letting people help me after a lifetime of being the strong one.
It’s talking about him, crying for him, laughing at memories, and letting all of it be normal. Grief is woven into my days now — sometimes heavy, sometimes quiet — and I’m learning to carry it with tenderness and courage.
Q: You share some very intimate moments of feeling Jason’s presence after he passed. How did those experiences change your understanding of love, connection, and what continues beyond death?

A: Feeling Jason’s presence after he passed changed everything I thought I knew about love, connection, and what lies beyond death. Those moments weren’t imagined or wishful — they were real, visceral, and unmistakable. They softened the brutality of loss and opened something in me I didn’t know existed.
They taught me that love doesn’t end when a heartbeat stops, that connection doesn’t disappear because a body is gone, and that death isn’t a full stop — it’s a shift into a di erent kind of relationship.
I learned that love can stretch across realms, showing up in the quiet, in the stillness, in the moments when I’m not even trying to feel anything at all. It taught me that he isn’t gone — he’s just not here in the way he used to be. That understanding has become a lifeline, giving me permission to keep talking to him, to notice the signs, and to honour a bond that didn’t die with him.
Q: You’ve always been the one holding space for others. What has it been like to learn how to receive support instead?
A: Learning to receive support has been one of the most confronting and transformative parts of this season. I’ve spent my whole life being the one who holds space, who steadies the room, who carries everyone else’s weight. Letting myself step out of that role felt foreign — almost like losing a part of who I was. But grief demands a di erent kind of honesty.
Receiving support has meant letting people see me

without my armour. Allowing them to sit with me, bring food, check in, and witness the rawness. It’s also meant learning to say no when I need space, and being okay with not replying to messages straight away — trusting that the people who love me understand.
Some days I honour my limits. Other days I gently push myself to shift the energy, to reconnect, to breathe di erently. What I’ve learned is that receiving isn’t weakness — it’s intimacy, trust, and letting love land while honouring your own capacity.
Q: There’s a beautiful honesty in the way you talk about saying yes to life some days, and no on others. How have you learned to listen to your body and your heart through this process?
A: Learning to listen to my body and my heart has been one of the biggest lessons of this whole journey. Grief stripped away all the noise and left me with a level of honesty I couldn’t ignore. My body started speaking louder than my mind — in exhaustion, in tightness, in overwhelm, in those moments where even a simple message felt like too much. I had to learn to honour that.
Some days my body says yes — yes to connection, yes to fresh air, yes to getting out of the house and shifting the energy. Other days it says no, and I’ve learned to trust that too. I’ve learned to rest, to take space, to not reply straight away and know that the people who love me understand.
Listening has become an act of self-respect. It’s
how I stay anchored. It’s how I keep choosing myself through all of this.
Q: Grief can strip everything back to what truly matters. What feels most important to you now, compared to before your loss?
A: Grief stripped my life back to what is real, and what matters most to me now is my family — my children, my grandchildren, the people who are my heart.
Before my loss, I cared about being capable, reliable, the one who held everything together. Now I care about presence. I care about love that is lived, not assumed. I care about showing up for the people who matter, because you never know when life will take any of it from you.
What feels important now is giving my family the same love, support, and steadiness I always gave everyone else — but with more intention, more softness, and more awareness of how fragile it all is. It’s making memories, not excuses. It’s choosing connection over busyness. It’s holding them close while I can. Grief didn’t just change my priorities — it clarified them.
Q: You describe grief as ‘the gift that keeps giving,’ even though it’s not a gift anyone would choose. In what ways has grief changed or softened you?
A: Grief has softened me in ways I never expected. It stripped me back to what’s real — presence, love, connection, and the people who truly matter. It slowed me down, made me gentler, and pulled me into a more intentional way of living. It taught me how to receive support after a lifetime of being the strong one, the space-holder, the one who carried everyone else’s weight.
It didn’t make me weaker. It made me more human. It made me value the moments I used to rush past, the conversations I once cut short, the tenderness I didn’t always allow myself to feel. It made me love harder, speak softer, and choose di erently.
It’s the gift that keeps giving — not one I ever wanted, but one that keeps reshaping me into someone more present, more compassionate, and more awake to what truly matters.
Q: How has your relationship with Jason transformed since his passing, and how do you experience him in your life now?
A: From a psychic medium’s perspective, grieving my partner didn’t just deepen my connection to spirit — it changed the entire way I experience the spirit world. I always knew consciousness continues and love doesn’t end, but when someone you love crosses over, that knowing becomes lived and personal.
Losing Jason took my mediumship into a di erent realm because the connection wasn’t theoretical — it was soul-deep. The communication became clearer and more constant. The signs weren’t just validations; they were conversations. The synchronicities became guidance. Number plates with our names, Ford Rangers
appearing when my heart is breaking, flickering lights, warmth against my back, memories and teachings arriving with perfect timing — all of it became part of our ongoing relationship.
This isn’t proof — it’s connection, amplified by love and grief. It opened a level of sensitivity, trust, and clarity that only comes when your heart has been broken open. It didn’t change what I believe — it expanded how I live it.
Q: You’ve spent years holding space for others through The Spiritual Vibe. How has your own grief changed the way you now listen, hold, and support the people who come to you?
A: Grief has completely changed the way I listen, hold, and support the people who walk into The Spiritual Vibe. I’ve always held space, but now I hold it from a place that’s lived, not learned. When you’ve been cracked open the way I have, you don’t just hear people — you feel them. You recognise the tremble in their voice, the heaviness in their chest, the way grief settles in the body long before it reaches their words.
I listen di erently now — slower, softer, with a deeper presence and a deeper respect for the courage it takes to unravel in front of someone. Grief stripped away any need to fix or rescue. Instead, I meet people exactly where they are, because I know what it feels like to be held in that raw, human place.
It made me more compassionate, more intuitive, and more attuned to the unspoken. It didn’t just change how I support others — it changed who I am when I’m supporting them.
Q: For someone reading this who is in the early days of grief, or standing at the edge of a huge life change, what would you most want them to hear from your heart?
A: If you’re in the early days of grief, or standing at the edge of a massive life change, the first thing I want you to know is this: you’re not doing it wrong. There is no tidy way to break open, no graceful way to lose the life you knew. There is only your body, your breath, and the next moment you can manage.
You don’t have to be brave or strong or make sense to anyone. What you’re feeling is real, and what you’re carrying is heavy. You’re allowed to move at your own pace.
Your life isn’t ending — it’s reshaping. Your heart isn’t failing — it’s learning a new language. And even though it feels impossible right now, there will come a day when breathing won’t hurt in the same way. For now, stay with yourself. Stay soft. Stay honest. And know that you are held, even in the moments you feel most alone.

Mmm…Sounds interesting? Maybe more ominous and anxiety provoking? Most people wouldn’t put their hand up for that one. In fact, many would run for the hills! It wasn’t a gentle invitation. Actually, I don’t remember receiving any kind of nicely decorated card saying, “You are invited to meet the very recesses of your soul.” It was thrust upon me as I transitioned to menopause. A great cracking open that left me with two choices. Break down or turn toward it and see what it wants to reveal.
I was in the midst of working as a trauma therapist, when a series of health challenges and childhood trauma triggers were activated. This was in the backdrop of chronic pain and poor sleep. I had just delivered professional training and felt this intense feeling of not being good enough. So intense that I felt shredded into pieces.
I had carried this feeling before, but this response was so palpable, I could no longer ignore it. The masks I would usually deploy to cope weren’t working anymore and my body was screaming NO!
That’s when Shreddy Girl appeared. My first initiation — meeting myself

Come join me on a journey through the
dark night
of the soul
beyond the facade of everyday life. Shreddy Girl, my inner critic, was fierce and bold. She had fiery red hair and wore a tattered dress and big kickass boots. She was cutting, splicing, unforgiving, but she was also beautiful and determined.
Utilising my creative skills, I sculpted Shreddy Girl, who became one of 33 girls born in that deep dive through the dark night of the soul. Often emerging in the witching hour, a 3am wakeup call with flooding memories of my harmful and dysfunctional childhood, coupled with the trials of navigating present relationships through the lens of trauma.

but through the love of my partner, children, and my friends. The caveat here being I couldn’t have survived without the deep love and support of my tribe. The piecing together of the shredded and splintered parts of myself also emerged through my own therapy journey — Internal Family Systems work.

With mixed media materials and a hot glue gun at my disposal, each Girl was crafted into a life-giving doll, followed by a deep soul listening to their very profound stories. The birthing process left me stripped bare, but also paradoxically, more whole than I had ever felt.
Now 18 months later I see the vast and beautiful landscape for which these parts of myself were able to be birthed. Not only the befriending of these parts,
My oracle deck — Reclaiming Self: Transformational Feminine Shadow Deck was loved into being, thanks to many deep soul dives with my best friend Donna, my amazing artist son Jordan, who illustrated all of the girls, my daughter Courtney’s artistic editing prowess and my graphic designing sister-inlaw Jas who crafted the stunning final layout. A culmination of a lifetime of growing these parts of myself and the portal of menopause birthed what I hope is a powerful and transformative resource for the feminine spirit.
Those who feel ready to take the deep dive into the shadow parts of their inner world; it will be terrifying, it will be enlightening, and it will bring you home to yourself.
Your invitation awaits…

uncertain. Systems shift, information moves faster than we can process, and what once felt stable no longer does.
Our instinct is to search for certainty outside ourselves, in news, productivity, plans, reassurance. But certainty was never truly external. What we called certainty was familiarity. When familiar structures begin to crack, we feel untethered.
This is where the internal strain begins.
The first signals are subtle. Restless sleep. Irritation. A heaviness in the body. A sudden surge of impulse. Fatigue that doesn’t quite add up. The body speaks before the mind understands.
We push through exhaustion. We react quickly. We try to fix discomfort immediately. We mistake urgency for clarity. We tell ourselves we’ll slow down later.

shutdown. It can feel as though life itself is collapsing.
What is collapsing is not your life, it is the false structure built on avoidance.
The deeper issue is honesty.
When something no longer works, we often know it before we admit it. When a rhythm is out of alignment, the body registers it. When we are living in ways that no longer match who we are becoming, friction grows.
Impulse arises when that friction becomes uncomfortable. It urges action, do something, change something, fix something. Wisdom, however, pauses. It asks whether the discomfort is a signal, not a problem. It invites breath before movement.
Learning the difference between impulse and wisdom is essential. Impulse is not wrong; it is simply
ourselves when tired, how we respond when life feels messy, we change our internal climate. The outer world may remain uncertain, but our centre becomes steadier.
If we ignore our truth, our internal world begins to compress. We lose clarity. We become reactive. We hand our attention to external chaos. And slowly, our world feels as though it is folding in on itself.
But when we honour what is true, moment by moment, something different happens.
We anchor.
We respond instead of rush.
We trust our own internal compass rather than external noise.
The world does not need to stabilise for us to feel grounded. Stability grows from alignment, not control.

She rises — Healing the Feminine Identity Rupture
STORY SARAH JANE MICHAELS
There comes a moment in a woman’s life when the story she has built around herself no longer fits.
The ground shifts without warning. The career evaporates. The marriage fractures. The diagnosis lands like a verdict. The child is no longer beside her, and silence fills the rooms where laughter once lived.
In a single breath, the centre collapses. This is not simply change. It is identity rupture.
The roles that once defined her — wife, mother, leader, healer, strong one — fall away like scaffolding stripped from a building mid-construction. What remains feels raw and unrecognisable. She stands in the debris of who she thought she was, asking the question that echoes through every cell: If I am no longer who I was, who am I now? This is the fractured feminine. Not broken. Not weak. But initiated.
The fracture is not a flaw; it is the sacred shattering of roles that were never meant to contain the vastness of her soul. When life collapses a woman’s centre, identities built on expectation, performance, and endurance dissolve. What cracks open is deeper than ego. It is where conditioning falls away and truth begins.
We are taught to curate wholeness — to hold it together, to be resilient and responsible. Yet when life becomes an initiator, resilience alone is insufficient. The feminine psyche does not need fixing in these moments; it needs witnessing. When the centre collapses, trauma imprints not only in memory but in the body. Sleeplessness. Tightness in the chest. A nervous system locked in vigilance. Trauma is not the event itself; it is what happens inside us when our system cannot process what has occurred. The fractured feminine lives in this in-between space — between who she was and who she is becoming.
A trauma-informed approach recognises that collapse is not pathology; it is adaptation. The nervous system is attempting to survive the unimaginable. Instead of asking, “What is wrong with me?” we gently ask, “What happened to me?” That subtle shift restores dignity and softens shame.
But insight alone is not enough. The body must be included in the reclamation.
Somatic work — breath, guided awareness, nervous system regulation, and embodied processing — allows grief and shock to move rather than stagnate. The body carries unfinished survival responses. When safety is restored internally, breath deepens, muscles soften, and frozen aspects of self begin to thaw. The fractured feminine does not need to be forced into empowerment; she needs space to feel without being overwhelmed.
In my work with women navigating catastrophic loss, betrayal, identity collapse, and spiritual crisis, I witness this repeatedly: breakdown is not the end of feminine identity — it is its evolution.
There comes a moment in every descent when returning to the old self is no longer possible. The former identity cannot be rebuilt. And in that surrender, something extraordinary stirs. Not the ego’s demand for restoration, but the soul’s invitation to rebirth.
Like the phoenix, she does not rise untouched by fire. She
rises because of it. The ashes remain. The scars remain. But they no longer define the whole.
When healing is trauma-informed and somatically grounded, a woman learns to trust her body again. She learns that intense emotion crests and falls like waves. She learns that surrender is not collapse, but cooperation with life. Strength becomes regulated presence rather than relentless endurance.

The fractured feminine becomes the awakened feminine. Her boundaries sharpen. Her voice deepens. Her identity expands beyond performance into authenticity.
This is the heart of my work — guiding women through the sacred terrain between devastation and rebirth. We do not heal by denying the fracture. We heal by honouring it as a doorway. From the ashes of collapse, the feminine does not merely survive.
She rises — embodied, sovereign, and incandescent.

Courage from outside is what it looks like

STORY DIANA MARY
People tell me I’m courageous all the time, as if courage is a personality trait I was born with, or a muscle I trained harder than others they know. Internally, ‘courage’ isn’t a label that matches how I feel on the inside. I don’t feel brave. I don’t feel like I’m choosing courage, though what I am choosing is to NOT be passive. I see it as a matter of choice. I do not want to choose for myself where I didn’t try. That is what matters to me.
When people say they wish they had courage, they are already aiming at the wrong thing. Often it is about the pattern of inaction, with lack of courage as an excuse. Courage is not something you add.
What people call courage is often what remains when timid or passive actions are no longer being repeated. When explaining, or minimising, delaying, appeasing, or abandoning yourself for dysfunctional comfort stops being an option.
I say dysfunctional comfort because if you’re in a situation that you keep on looping about on what you should have said or done, it’s not really inner peace and comfort, is it? It may have been ‘no conflict’, but it’s not comfort.
This is why ‘chasing courage’ or thinking that courage comes first, keeps people stuck, while taking action over and over again is what makes it look like courage compared to those who do not take action.
Here’s the Part People Don’t See from the Outside
When I make decisions to take action, I have my own internal pep talk. For situations where I feel nervous or anxious, or fear, I practise what I’m going to say. I mentally prepare for pushback from the other person so I can think about what I want to say further. Most of the time, it feels heavy, sometimes angry or sad — all depending on what the situation is, but not brave.
What’s happening internally is simpler than that. It is a feeling of self-love that overrides all else.
Something I have shared with many others is a statement that begins like this “I love me so much that…”. You can end it with whatever flows naturally, such as:
“I love me so much that I recognise that particular actions or inactions from myself are not working.”
“I love me so much that staying silent isn’t an option.”
“I love me so much that I advocate for me experiencing more peace.”
The formula for the second half of the declaration is that it is about what you can control, and the only person that you can control is you. It is the self-love that fuels the ability to feel the fear and do it anyway.
I shared that I don’t always feel brave. Bravery suggests fear being overcome. What actually happens is fear becoming irrelevant. Not absent but outweighed by treating myself with love. When love is the fuel, fear cannot be.

I’ve learned that when it’s one of those situations where you keep on looping about it after, it means there was opportunity to have pursued a di erent action but in the moment didn’t. Timid or passive actions can seem very reasonable on the surface. Staying quiet because “it’s not worth it.” Staying because “every relationship has problems.” Delaying because “now isn’t the right time.” Waiting to explain your views later because “maybe they’ll understand at a later time.”
In isolation, these behaviours may look mature — and sometimes they are, and in some situation even necessary to prioritise personal safety. When the sensible thing was to stay quiet, it would feel natural and easy to let go of; not overthinking constantly for days or weeks.
What if I do mentally replay the scenario too many times?
Not everything in life can be prepared for. There are still times where things didn’t work out in my favour in a discussion or dispute, or how I’m being treated. If any of those situations bring me to a point where I realise that I am thinking about it for more than a few times, I stop myself with words of forgiveness to myself:
“It’s ok, that was a learning curve.”
“I love you, I forgive you.”
Sometimes I fall asleep to a Ho’oponopono YouTube video prepared by Sandra Rolus, or other methods I’ve learned over the years that help me anchor true letting go.
What normally happens within me after forgiving myself, is that there is no e ort to be able to let it go, or I’m back! Back in self-love mode, making choices as to how I will tackle the situation. Do I let this one slide as a learning situation, or is there opportunity to say or do something so that I can stay loyal to my commitment to prioritise my peace — not prioritising silence for peace, but what feels like treating myself with kindness… which to some from the outside looks like courage.
One Step at a Time
There’s no instant personality overhaul replacing all behaviours at once or big motivational breakthrough. Doing one new action in a situation that it is safe to do so, can be enough to create the space for new outcomes. One changed behaviour can be enough to shift momentum. Some people would say this is building up courage. I say it’s growing selflove.
After acting di erently, confidence is not always the result. Relief often is. A big exhale out, followed by reduced or eliminated mental replay. That reduction is the real signal that alignment has occurred.
From the outside, it looks bold. From the inside, there’s a range of feelings happening, but knowing that my self-love actions contributed to my inner peace.
Courage isn’t what makes the action possible. Courage is the label applied after the action has taken place.

The science of sparkle
What Makes a Crystal Catch the Light?
STORY SONIA HARKIN
There is a moment, if you have ever worn a crystal pendant or turned a pair of earrings under a lamp, when something shifts. The stone catches the light and throws it back at you in a way that feels almost alive. It is not magic, though it can feel that way. It is the result of over 130 years of obsession with one deceptively simple question: how do you make glass behave like a diamond?
The answer begins in 1895 in a small town called Wattens, nestled in the Austrian Alps. Daniel Swarovski, a glass cutter’s son from Bohemia, had spent years perfecting a machine that could cut crystal with a precision no human hand could match. He moved his family to Wattens not by accident but by design. The Alpine rivers provided hydroelectric power for his energy-hungry equipment, and the remote location kept his methods safely out of reach of competitors. His ambition was bold and remarkably straightforward: to create, as he put it, a diamond for everyone.
The crystals Swarovski produces are not mined from the earth. They are engineered from a carefully guarded blend of quartz sand, natural minerals, and other ingredients, heated to extreme temperatures until they melt into a glass-like substance. What sets them apart from ordinary glass is what happens next. Each crystal is precision-
cut using proprietary machinery that carves dozens of tiny facets into its surface. These facets are the secret. Every flat plane acts like a miniature mirror, refracting light inward and bouncing it back outward. The more facets, the more sparkle. A single Swarovski crystal can have upwards of a hundred of these surfaces, each angled to maximise brilliance.
Then came the moment that changed everything. In the 1950s, Christian Dior was redefining fashion with his elegant New Look and wanted crystals that matched his ambition. He approached Manfred Swarovski, Daniel’s grandson,

custom designs and one-of-a-kind combinations.
www.crystalistic.com.au
with a challenge: create something the world had never seen. The result was the Aurora Borealis coating, named after the Northern Lights. By vaporising a micro-thin layer of metal onto the crystal’s facets inside a vacuum chamber, Manfred discovered he could make each stone shimmer with an iridescent rainbow of colour. The crystal no longer just sparkled. It shifted and danced depending on the angle, the light, and even the colour of what you wore beneath it.
That collaboration between couture and craftsmanship set a standard that still holds today. Modern Swarovski crystals are now lead-free, a change made in 2012 to meet environmental and safety standards, yet they remain just as brilliant. The company achieves this through advanced formulas and cutting techniques that maintain the same light-bending properties without the need for heavy metals.
For handmade jewellery makers who work with these crystals, the material is more than just a component. It is a partnership between the maker’s eye for colour and design and over a century of Austrian precision. When a crystal is set into sterling silver or threaded onto a bracelet by hand, it carries with it a lineage that stretches from a small Alpine workshop to the runways of Paris and, eventually, to the person who wears it and catches the light.
Sonia Harkin designs and creates custom jewellery accessories using genuine Swarovski crystals, unique gemstones and quality metals. She’s passionate about
Life direction
Why Clarity Matters More Than Motivation
STORY MICHELLE WOLLASTON
There comes a point in life where effort is no longer the issue.
You are capable. Experienced. Responsible. You know how to achieve outcomes. And yet beneath that competence something feels unsettled. Not chaotic. Not dramatic. Just slightly misaligned.
When this happens, most people assume they need more motivation. A sharper goal. A new strategy. A stronger push forward.
But what they actually need is direction.
Life direction is not about reinvention for the sake of change. It is not about abandoning everything you have built. It is about understanding how you are wired to move forward so your decisions stop feeling forced.
Over the years I have worked with people navigating career transitions, relationship shifts, business pivots, and the quiet recalibration that often arrives in midlife. What they share is not a lack of intelligence or discipline. It is a lack of clarity about their own internal timing.
When you do not understand how you make decisions, you second-guess them. When you ignore your natural rhythm, you exhaust yourself. When you override your instincts long enough, you disconnect from them.
Life direction begins with observation.
Instead of asking, “What should I do next?” we ask, “How do I naturally operate when I am at my best?”
This is where tools such as astrology and Human Design become useful. Not as predictive frameworks, but as reflective ones. A natal chart outlines your psychological architecture and recurring themes. A progressed moon reveals the emotional season you are currently moving through. Human Design highlights how your energy functions and where you tend to push against yourself.
These systems do not tell you what to choose. They show you how you choose.
When you understand your own design, decision-making becomes steadier. You begin to recognise whether you are acting from pressure or alignment. You notice whether a choice expands you or drains you. Clarity starts to feel less like a dramatic breakthrough and more like quiet relief.
One of the biggest misconceptions about clarity is that it arrives as certainty. It rarely does. More often, clarity feels calm. It feels grounded. It feels like making a decision that makes sense in your body even if it does not look impressive to anyone else.
Direction is not urgency. It is coherence.
In midlife especially, this becomes essential. You are no longer building to prove yourself. You are refining to honour yourself. The questions shift from “How do I achieve more?” to “What actually belongs in this next chapter?”
Life direction is rarely about adding more. It is often about removing what no longer fits.
If you are in that in-between space — not in crisis, but no longer fully aligned — this is exactly the work we explore inside a Life Direction Session. Not to give you answers, but to help you see your own architecture clearly enough to trust your next decision.

Because clarity does not come from pushing harder.
It comes from recognising how you are designed to move and allowing that design to guide what comes next.
If something in this resonates, you can learn more about the Life Direction Session and what it involves through the link above.
Sometimes the most powerful shift is not changing your life. It is understanding it.

Feeling a shift you can’t explain?
Your Life Direction shows why it’s happening — and where it’s leading.
Through your natal blueprint, progressed cycles, and decision-making design, you’ll see the patterns shaping this chapter of your life and the timing guiding what comes next.
IT’S NOT PREDICTION — IT’S PERSPECTIVE. IT’S NOT PRESSURE — IT’S CLARITY.
When you understand the season you’re in, decisions stop feeling urgent and start feeling intentional.
YOU’RE NOT LOST. YOU’RE IN TRANSITION. And transition, when understood, becomes powerful.

STORY DANIELLA D’AMORE
Surrender To The Journey
grounded in conviction, and aligned with my highest self. My presence is my power. My faith is my compass. My trust is my liberation.
The moment we feel impatient, we reveal our lack of faith — our need to control what has not yet unfolded. For so many of us, this is a learned behaviour, shaped by the patterns of our parents, grandparents, guardians, teachers, and all those who showed us how to ‘be human.’
I release the need to force, to rush, or to control outcomes. I free myself from the illusion that I must push life into place. Everything is already unfolding in divine timing and divine order — exactly, perfectly, and precisely as it is meant to.
I surrender to the journey.
I trust the process.
I allow life to flow toward me with grace, ease, and natural rhythm.
In this moment, I recognise that I am exactly where I need to be. I am supported.
I am held.
I am guided in ways seen and unseen.
Even when clarity has not yet arrived, even when the path feels dim or uncertain, I affirm that all is well. The unfolding is still happening. The alignment is still aligning. The blessings are already moving toward me.
I walk by faith, not by sight — anchored in the knowing that a wisdom far greater than my plans is shaping my way forward. And as I move, I remain fully embodied, rooted in truth,
It became natural to want everything on our timeline, and to react with frustration or disappointment when life doesn’t arrive according to our plans.
But the truth is: what is meant for you is not gone — it awaits you. It is waiting for your alignment, for the moment you remember your own divine capacity to move toward what is promised by your soul.
If you believe something is meant for you with deep passion — not fleeting desire, not momentary excitement — but a persistent knowing that lives in your heart, your mind, your imagination, your dreams… then it is because it comes from your soul.
And what comes from the soul will always return to the soul. What is meant for you cannot be taken. What is yours in truth will ultimately be.
But the desperation, the forcing, the pushing, the anger that rises when we cannot have it yet — only creates distance. It pulls us away from the very thing we are longing to receive. Happy manifestation cannot bloom in the soil of tension.

Surrendering to what is happening right now — this moment, this season, this exact place in your journey — is the beginning of releasing control.

And for some, this realisation may not come in a single moment, or even in a single lifetime.
Because the real journey is learning to trust the Divine guidance that has always been moving us toward what we seek. As the great poet Rumi reminds us, “What we are
The guidance is there — soft, subtle, quiet, gentle. Learning to hear it… learning to feel it… learning to follow it…
That is where the story becomes truly interesting — even intoxicating. That is where the magic begins to reveal itself, gently at first, then unmistakably.
How do we begin this shift?
We start by creating space for stillness:
— a return to the breath, the body, the quiet knowing beneath the noise.
— allowing ourselves to witness our own thoughts without attachment or judgment.
— letting the earth recalibrate and ground us, remind us, and soften us back into alignment.
Surrounding ourselves with likeminded souls — those who support our becoming, who honour our growth, who walk beside us without judgment or expectation.
It is in these simple, intentional practices that we reconnect with the Divine guidance already moving through our lives.
This is the beginning of trust. This is the beginning of surrender. This is the beginning of magic.

Apeoplehave shared a quiet but persistent intuition: we are not alone. From the pages of the Bible angels appear as messengers, protectors and servants of the Divine. They bring guidance in uncertain times, offer reassurance in moments of fear and remind humanity that there is more to existence than what we can see.
But in a modern context — where life moves quickly and scepticism often replaces faith — the question sounds different. Do angels still walk among us?
For some, angels are literal spiritual beings moving quietly through the world. Stories of unexplained protection, timely encounters with strangers or powerful intuitions continue to circulate in hospitals, on highways and in everyday homes. A near-miss on a country road. A sudden sense to delay a flight. A stranger who appears at just the right moment and then disappears without a trace. Coincidence, perhaps or something more?
For others, angels are symbolic rather than physical, understood as

Do angels walk amongst us?
archetypes, universal patterns that live within the human psyche and shape how we experience meaning, protection and transcendence.
The angel may be one of these — a symbol of hope, protection and higher awareness. In this sense, angels reflect our deep longing to believe that goodness has power and that compassion is not wasted in the world.
Yet perhaps the most meaningful possibility is not that angels descend with visible wings, but that they work through ordinary people. Consider the volunteer fighting bushfires to protect strangers’ homes. The nurse who stays beyond her shift to comfort a frightened patient. The mate who shows up without being asked during a tough season. If angels are messengers of care and courage, then surely these moments carry something angelic within them.
Spiritual traditions rarely describe angels as attention-seekers. They serve

quietly. They point beyond themselves. Their presence is known by the peace or strength they leave behind. In that light, angels do ‘walk among us’ whenever someone chooses kindness over indifference, integrity over convenience, love over fear.
Modern life is noisy and conditions us to look for spectacle dramatic signs and undeniable proof. Yet the angel is usually subtle: a quiet nudge of conscience, calm in chaos, an unexpected opportunity or a simple act of kindness. If we expect visible glory, we may miss the gentle ways grace enters our lives.
Perhaps the deeper question is not whether angels walk among us, but whether we recognise them — and whether we are willing to walk as angels for one another. To live with kindness, integrity and courage is to step beyond ego and become a bearer of light in a world that often feels shadowed. Whether celestial beings or sacred symbols, angels remind us of our highest calling: to protect, to guide and to love.
And if that is true, then yes — angels do walk among us. Sometimes, they look just like us.

Reinventing myselfthrough grief
The Gift That Keeps Giving
STORY JO ROLFE
It’s been five months since my partner Jason passed away, and grief still sits in my chest like a weight I can’t put down. People say time heals, but five months isn’t time, it’s a blur. It’s waking up every day to a world that kept spinning when mine stopped. It’s learning how to breathe again while everything inside you aches. It’s realising that grief doesn’t pause for you, and the world doesn’t either. You have to keep going, even when going feels impossible.
Reinventing myself wasn’t a choice. It was survival. I said yes when I had the strength, to new friends, dinners, movies, and walks on the beach where the ocean could hold some of the heaviness for me. Those moments didn’t fix anything, but they helped me breathe. And I learnt to say no too. To rest. To honour the days when my body felt too heavy to move.
And through all of it, he never left me. The signs were there from the beginning. The floor lamp in my bedroom started flickering for no reason, something it had never done before. For three days straight it went crazy, flashing on and off like someone was trying to get my attention. I knew it was him. It wasn’t subtle. It wasn’t gentle. It was Jason, making sure I couldn’t miss him.
Some nights I could hear his breathing, loud and familiar. Other nights I could feel him lying against my back, exactly how we slept. He stayed close in every way he could. But even those moments weren’t enough. Nothing could ever replace his body, his laugh, his voice, his arms around me.
The hardest part was learning how to receive. I’ve always been the strong one, who holds space for everyone else. But grief stripped me bare. It forced me to let people in. To accept meals, hugs, invitations, kindness. To find grace in being supported instead of being the one who supports.
Somewhere in the middle of the pain, the movement, the stillness, and the signs he kept sending, I realised something: I’m reinventing myself not because I want to, but because grief demands it. Because losing him broke me open, and now I’m learning who I am without him physically here, and who I am with him carried differently.

This is a story I will share with others, because grief is the gift that keeps giving — not in a way anyone wants, but in a way that teaches you who you are, what matters, and how deeply you can love.
Five months in, I’m still learning. Still breaking. Still rebuilding. And for now, that’s enough.

STORY SARAH JAYD
For a long time, we were taught that success was a solo journey. Build your thing. Protect your idea. Do it all yourself. Push harder. Prove more.
And for a while, that story made sense. Especially in creative and spiritual spaces, where our work is deeply personal and often born from lived experience. Our stories, our healing, our insights can feel sacred, and understandably, we want to hold them close.
But something has been shifting. Quietly, steadily, and beautifully, I’ve watched a new model emerge. One that’s less about standing alone on a pedestal and more about building something meaningful together. One that’s less about competition and more about coherence. Less about hustling in isolation, and more about creating containers where many voices can rise at once.
Collaboration isn’t just a ‘nice idea’ anymore. It’s becoming one of the most powerful, sustainable, and aligned ways to create in the modern spiritual and creative world.
And it’s the heart of the work I do.
Over the years, through oracle decks, books, journals, magazines, and creative publishing projects, I’ve seen the same pattern repeat itself: when people come together around a shared vision, something bigger than any one person could create alone is born. Not just a product, but a ripple. Not just content, but a collective frequency.
The Myth of the Lone Creator
There’s a romantic story we tell about the lone artist or visionary: doing it all themselves, carrying the whole vision, building something from scratch through sheer will. And yes, there is strength in that. Independence has its place. So does personal mastery.
But in reality, most people don’t
Why we create better together
The
Power of Collaborative Creation in a New Era of Spiritual Business
fail because they lack talent or ideas. They stall because they’re trying to do everything alone.
Ideas need containers.
Vision needs structure.
Inspiration needs pathways into form.
Collaboration doesn’t dilute your voice — it gives it a vessel.
When you step into a well-held collaborative project, you’re not losing your individuality. You’re amplifying it. Your message gets to sit alongside others who are also walking their path, speaking their truth, and serving in their own way. The result is richer, deeper, and more resonant for the people receiving it.
From the reader’s perspective, too, collaboration is powerful. One voice can inspire. Many voices can meet someone exactly where they are.
From Vision to Form:
Why Structure Matters
One of the biggest misconceptions about collaboration is that it’s chaotic, loose, or ‘just everyone doing their own thing.’ In truth, the most successful collaborative projects are the ones held inside strong, clear, loving structure.
This is where my role naturally lives.
I don’t just help people create. I help create containers for creation.
A collaborative oracle deck.
A multi-author book.
A shared journal or magazine.
These aren’t just creative projects. They’re ecosystems.
They have:
• A clear vision
• A defined format
• A guided process
• A beginning, middle, and completion
• And a purpose beyond any single contributor
Structure is not the enemy of creativity. It’s what makes creativity sustainable, shareable, and real in the world.
I’ve seen so many beautiful ideas
stay stuck in notebooks, folders, or ‘one day’ piles — not because they weren’t good enough, but because they didn’t yet have a pathway into form. Collaboration, when held well, is that pathway.
Why Collaboration Works (On Every Level)
On a practical level, collaboration makes sense.
You’re sharing audiences.
You’re sharing energy.
You’re sharing momentum.
Instead of one person carrying the entire weight of creation, visibility, and impact, many people are invested in the project’s success. That creates natural expansion, not forced marketing.
On an energetic level, collaboration is even more powerful.
When multiple people bring their intention, wisdom, and lived experience into a shared creation, the work holds more depth. More texture. More life. You can feel it when you hold a deck, read a book, or open a magazine that was created collectively; it carries a di erent frequency. It feels inhabited.
And on a human level? Collaboration heals a lot of the quiet loneliness that can come with creative and spiritual work. It reminds us that we don’t have to build everything on our own. That we get to be witnessed, supported, and celebrated in the process of creating.
Collaboration Over Competition
One of the things I care deeply about is helping shift the old ‘scarcity’ story that still lingers in spiritual and creative spaces.
The idea that:
• If someone else succeeds, there’s less for you
• If someone else shines, you’ll be overlooked
• If you share the stage, you’ll lose your place
In my experience, the opposite is true.
When you collaborate with aligned people, everyone expands.
Di erent voices don’t weaken a message; they strengthen it.
Di erent perspectives don’t confuse the reader; they serve them.
Di erent audiences don’t compete; they weave together.
The future of spiritual business, creative publishing, and conscious entrepreneurship isn’t about building higher walls around your work. It’s about building better bridges.
The Magic of Many Voices
There’s something deeply sacred about witnessing many people speak from their own lived truth within a shared framework.
In collaborative decks, books, and projects, I’ve seen contributors:
• Find confidence in their voice
• Clarify their message
• Be seen in ways they hadn’t been before
• Step into a new level of visibility and self-trust
• Feel part of something bigger than their individual brand
And I’ve seen readers and users feel more supported, more understood, and more held by the diversity of wisdom in front of them.
One voice says, “Here’s a path.”
Many voices say, “There are many ways, and you belong here.”
Collaboration as a Business Model (That Still Has a Soul)
Let’s talk honestly for a moment: sustainability matters.
If we want to keep creating, serving, and showing up, our work has to be supported in the real world. Collaboration is one of the most aligned ways I know to build projects that are both meaningful and sustainable.
Instead of one person taking all the risk, all the cost, and all the pressure, collaboration spreads that load in a way that feels fair, human, and empowering. Everyone contributes. Everyone benefits. Everyone is invested.
This isn’t about turning creativity into a factory. It’s about building ecosystems where ideas, people, and resources can circulate in healthy ways.
The Kind of Projects I Love to Hold
The collaborative spaces I create are for people who:
• Have a message, but don’t want to carry everything alone
• Want their work to exist in the world in a real, tangible form
• Value both soul and structure

• Care about integrity, quality, and impact
• Want to grow alongside others, not in isolation
Whether it’s an oracle deck, a book, a journal, or a magazine, my role is to hold the vision, the framework, and the pathway — so contributors can focus on what they do best: bringing their voice, their wisdom, and their magic.
An Invitation
• If you’ve been sitting on an idea.
• If you’ve felt the pull to create something bigger than you.
• If you’re tired of doing everything alone.
• If you want your work to live, breathe, and reach people in a real way.
Collaboration might not just be an option. It might be your next evolution.
We don’t create better by shrinking ourselves.
We create better by weaving ourselves together.
And in this new era of spiritual and creative work, I truly believe the future belongs to those who are brave enough to build with each other.

The eclipse cycle earlier in the year stirred subconscious material that still seeks integration. Saturn and Neptune are dissolving compulsive and controlling behaviours while strengthening spiritual discipline. This is what refinement looks like. You’re learning that real power isn’t intensity, it’s consistency. When your inner world is regulated, your outer influence becomes magnetic without force.

STORY DANNIELLE McAULIFFE
Your nervous system isn’t broken
— It Was Trained That Way
solutions to the environment we were in. They kept us connected. They kept us safe.
By the time you reach adulthood, your nervous system has already been shaped for decades — quietly, beneath the surface of conscious awareness, before you ever learned an a rmation or a boundary-setting script.
Long before strategy, language, or insight, your body was learning something far more foundational: how safe the world is.
The Intelligence of Adaptation
As children, we do not choose our coping patterns. We adapt. When love felt unpredictable, we learned to scan for mood shifts. When emotions were dismissed, we learned to suppress them. When approval was conditional, we learned to perform. When conflict felt threatening, we learned to fawn, freeze, or over-explain.
“Your adaptations were intelligent. But they were also automated — and the nervous system does not update itself simply because your mind now knows better.”
This is the tension at the heart of so much personal development work: the gap between what we know and what we feel. You can understand your patterns perfectly and still live inside them.
Why Mindset Work Alone Often Falls Short
The nervous system runs on familiarity, not logic. What feels ‘normal’ to your body is what it learned early — even if that normal includes chronic anxiety, hyper-independence, over-responsibility, or self-sacrifice as a baseline state.

This is why you can believe you deserve rest and still feel restless the moment you slow down. Why you can know you need boundaries and still feel a rush of panic when you hold one. Why you can want healthy, steady love and still find yourself drawn to emotional intensity.
Your body is not confused. It is doing exactly what it was trained to do. It equates the familiar with the safe — and until that association changes at a physiological level, intellectual understanding alone will not move the needle.
What Nervous System Regulation Actually Does
Regulation work is not about becoming calmer. It is about retraining the body to experience safety di erently.
When we practise breathwork, somatic tracking, grounding, or structured boundary-setting, we are not simply relaxing. We are interrupting automated survival loops. We are teaching the nervous system that it can feel emotion without bracing for impact. That it can experience conflict without collapsing.
That it can rest without the unconscious expectation of threat.
Modalities like hypnotherapy go even deeper — working at the subconscious level where these patterns were originally encoded. Rather than addressing the surface, hypnotherapy speaks directly to the part of the mind that formed those early associations, allowing the body to update scripts that have been running unchallenged for decades: “I must perform to be loved.” “I am only safe when I am in control.” “My needs are a burden.”
“This is neurological recalibration. Not self- improvement. Not positive thinking. A structural change in how the body processes experience.”
The Real Reason Change Feels Hard
The di culty in reshaping these patterns is not weakness. It is repetition. These responses have been rehearsed for decades. They are fast, e cient, and deeply grooved. They feel automatic because they are.
But the adult nervous system is not fixed. Neuroplasticity does not end in childhood. With consistent repetition, safety can be relearned. Boundaries can stop feeling like abandonment. Rest can stop feeling indulgent or earned.
Intuition becomes accessible when the body is no longer spending its resources scanning for threat.
The Downstream Effects of Regulation
When nervous system regulation stabilises, the e ects move through every domain of life.
Decision-making becomes cleaner because fear is no longer masquerading as urgency. Relationships become steadier because reactivity softens before it speaks. Leadership becomes more grounded because the need for external validation decreases. Parenting becomes more intentional because triggers are recognised before they are projected.
The work is not glamorous. It is not instant. It requires consistency — and sometimes, professional support. But the downstream changes are real, measurable, and durable in ways that surface-level interventions rarely produce.
You Are Not Broken. You Were Adaptive.
Your nervous system did not malfunction. It responded

to its environment with everything it had. The patterns you carry are evidence of your capacity to survive.
And now, as an adult with agency and resources, you have something you did not have then: the ability to choose what comes next.
Not by force. Not by discipline or willpower alone. But by repetition of safety — slowly, consistently, in the body as much as the mind.
If you recognise your patterns in these words — know that reshaping your nervous system is not something you have to navigate alone. There are modalities designed to work at the subconscious and somatic level, gently updating the patterns that once kept you safe but now keep you small.
For those ready to explore that work more deeply, I guide women through nervous-system-informed hypnotherapy, NLP, intuitive development and evidential mediumship — all grounded in regulation first.

A little girl who wasn’t afraid
Real Life Story from a Past Life Regression
Then one day everything changed.
My client didn’t come to see me because she wanted to explore a past life, instead she came because she was tired of feeling scared of losing the people she loved.
Looking back over her life, she mentioned that there was nothing that had happened in the life that she was living now that would justify this fear.
Her family was safe and they were healthy.
But the fear sat there anyway. Quiet, constant and a niggling moment always in the background.
As my client relaxed into the session, her breathing softened, and the story began to unfold.
She shared with me that she was a young girl, living in the Philippines in the 1940s.
She described a simple life. Chickens in the yard. The ocean nearby. A close loving family with a father she adored who always made her feel safe.

Unlock the wisdom your soul has been carrying for lifetimes. Through Past Life Regression, I help you release old patterns, embrace your strengths, and rewrite the story you’re here to live.

Soldiers came into the village. There was panic and confusion. People were running everywhere and there was shouting.
She could see her father trying to escape and get out of the way.
Without thinking, she ran toward him. That was when she was shot.
As she described the moment, her voice stayed calm. There was no panic. No anger. Just clarity.
She said, “I knew it was over, but I wasn’t afraid. I just wanted to make sure my papa was safe.”
Even in her final moments, she wasn’t thinking about herself. She was thinking about her father — the man that kept her safe and that she tried to repay that same care to him in her last moment.
When she moved beyond that life, there was a sense of peace. Like the story had finished exactly the way it was meant to.
But the emotion of it — the love, and the loss — hadn’t disappeared.
It had followed her into this life.
That’s the part people don’t always realise.
We don’t just carry forward memories. We carry forward feelings. Protective instincts.
Fears that once made sense.
In her current life, that fear of losing the people she loved wasn’t irrational.
It was remembered.
Once she saw it, everything shifted. She wasn’t broken. She wasn’t overly sensitive.
She was someone who had loved deeply before. And the moment she understood that, the fear softened. She didn’t need to carry it in the same way anymore.
This is why I do this work.
Not to prove past lives exist but to help people understand themselves in a way they never have before. Because sometimes, the things holding you back didn’t start here.
And when you finally see where they came from, you get to choose differently.
You get to live this life feeling safe again.

STORY CAROLA WERTH
This is a reading about awakening through clarity, and about reclaiming your sovereignty in a world that has long been shaped by distortion, silence and unspoken power dynamics.
Looking Glass Oracle: A Collective Reading for Truth Seekers

The Pretender appears first, standing like a mirror to the collective and the personal self. This card speaks of false authority, borrowed identities and roles that no longer fit. On a personal level, it asks you to look honestly at where you may have been performing, shrinking or adapting yourself to survive rather than to thrive. On a wider level, it reflects systems and figures that rely on image rather than integrity. The message here is simple but powerful: you are no longer meant to follow what feels hollow. Your growth requires discernment, courage and the willingness to see beyond appearances.
Beside it sits False Narrative, and together these two form a clear theme: not everything you’ve been told was true, and not every story you inherited belongs to you. This card invites you to question what you’ve absorbed through media, culture, family patterns or authority structures. Illusion depends on distraction, and this is a time of turning down the noise so you can hear your own inner knowing again. Your intuition was never wrong, it was just competing with very loud stories that were never

more tender layer to this reading. This card speaks to generational pain, systemic wounds and the long echoes of trauma that move through bloodlines and communities. It honours those who were silenced, displaced or harmed, and it reminds us that healing is not just personal, it is collective. Truth gives voice to what was hidden. Awareness breaks cycles. And when we choose to see, to listen and to acknowledge, we participate in restoring dignity, justice and future pathways that are no longer built on denial.
The Stalker shifts the focus back to energetic boundaries. This isn’t only about external threats, it’s also about where your energy is being watched, drained or subtly influenced. Obsession, control and unhealthy attention can show up in many forms: people, systems, habits or even inner narratives that keep looping. This card is a reminder that your energy is sacred. You are allowed to say no. You are allowed to step back. You are allowed to protect your nervous system, your peace and your focus. What chases will reveal itself, but you do not have to feed it.
Finally, Masked Truth brings the resolution: the veils are lifting. The masks, both in the world and within yourself, are falling away. This is not a punishment; it is a liberation. You are being invited into a deeper level of honesty, embodiment and self-trust. When the truth surfaces, it doesn’t come to harm you, it comes to set you free.

LOOKING GLASS ORACLE DECK
Together, these cards speak of a powerful initiation: out of illusion, out of inherited stories, out of silence, and into sovereignty. You are here to walk your path with clarity, groundedness and compassion. You are not here to carry what was never yours. You are here to choose truth, again and again, and in doing so, you help reshape both your inner world and the world you’re part of.
