POLITIQUE D’OPTICASET RETOUR DE MARCHANDISE: Notre garantie contre tout défaut de manufacture est de six (6) mois pour les lunettes de lecture et un (1) ans pour les lunettes solaires et ophtalmiques à partir de la date de facturation. Nous ne garantissons pas l’usure normale des lunettes. Seuls nos agents du service à la clientèle peuvent accepter un échange, après vérification de l’item défectueux. SEULEMENT LES LUNETTES DÉFECTUEUSES SERONT ACCEPTÉES POUR ÉCHANGE. Nous ne faisons aucun crédit, ni commande sur approbation. Nos prix sont sujet à changement sans préavis. LIVRAISON ET MANUTENTION : Pour toutes les commandes de moins de 50$ les frais de transport sont de 8$. Pour toutes les commandes de plus de 50$ les frais de transport sont inclus.

RETURN POLICY: There is a six (6) month warranty for reading glasses and a one (1) year warranty for sunglasses and ophthalmic frames against all manufacture defects from the date of invoice. We do not guarantee the normal use of our glasses. Only our customer service representatives are allowed to accept exchanges after verification of the defective item. ONLY DEFECTIVE GLASSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR EXCHANGE. We do not make any credit or order on approbation. All our prices are subject of change witout notice.
