Welcome to the October Trick or Treat Edition of OnTrade Scotland Magazine
It has been a long hot bath, wet September and now we have the spooky season ahead.
There is much to be positive about, footfall increasing to venues, creativity, amazing events being created new openings and relaunches.
However there is still ULEZ a fight that must be taken to the end for the benefit of everyone.
