RULES & REGULATIONS
CHECK-IN - Check-in time is 3PM for RV, TENT SITES & CABINS. We do have an early access option beginning at 12PM, but it is available only if site is vacant (i.e. nobody in the site before you). Additional fees apply. CHECK-OUT - Check-out time is 12PM. Guests and all personal items are expected to be off site by check out time. Please stop by the Ranger Station on your way out to return keys, check-out, and pay any remaining balances. WE DO NOT ALLOW EXTENDED ACCESS AT OUR CAMPGROUND LOCATION. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. WRISTBANDS - Wristbands issued upon check-in must be worn at all times to identify you as a registered guest. These wristbands also serve as your ticket to fun! They grant you access and use of the Camp-Resort’s amenities, activities, and facilities. You may be turned away from an activity or amenity if a wristband is not present. If your wristband breaks or falls off, come to the office to request a new one. PARKING - To provide an appealing atmosphere for all guests, space has been provided at each RV Site for two (2) vehicles and an RV. ALL Parking at the campsite is restricted to the guest’s site parking pad. No parking on the grass or at an empty site. Overflow parking for additional vehicles is available ONLY in designated areas. For information regarding these areas, please inquire at the Ranger Station. All guests will be required to always display a parking pass while in the park. EXTRA VEHICLES - 1 Camping Unit and Up To 2 Cars Per Site; Extra vehicles $5 charge, not including day guest vehicles that must park in overflow lot. DRIVING IN THE PARK - Safe, slow driving is a must! The Speed Limit is 7.5 miles per hour! Children, adults, and pets are at play and walking throughout the Resort. Please remember, pedestrians and bicycles have the right of way! Vehicles must yield to golf carts, and both must yield to people, pets, and pedal karts. PEDAL OR MOTORIZED VEHICLES - Skates, rollerblades, skateboards, or scooters ARE NOT ALLOWED on covered porches and walk-ways at the Resort. ONLY ADA-compliant electric scooters are permitted for our special needs guests in our Resort. Dirt bikes, and ATV riding is prohibited on Resort Property. GOLF CARTS - Please register at the Ranger Station upon arrival. Must have proof of insurance, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 21 years of age. After registration, staff will provide you with a tag that you must keep on your golf cart while on premises. If you get caught failing to abide by the speed limit or rules of the Resort, you may be asked to leave with NO REFUND. VISITORS/GUESTS - Limit 6 people per site. Rates based on 6 people (2 Adults and Up To 4 Children are included with your site rental). Additional Persons Fees Apply- $14.95 per person. All Day Pass guests must leave the resort property by 6PM. All guests visiting someone staying on premises must leave the resort by 11PM and MAY NOT stay overnight. PETS - Pets are allowed but are limited to dogs and cats ONLY. However, service dogs are allowed. There should not be more than 3 pets per site without approval from management. Aggressive breeds (Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Chows, and Dobermans) are NOT allowed in the park. Any/all pets acting aggressively will not be allowed to remain on park premises and guests may be asked to leave with NO REFUND. Each guest is responsible for cleaning up after his/her pet and keeping the pet under control (leashed and refrained from excessive barking) throughout the entire resort. Leashes are not permitted to extend beyond your site boundaries. Due to health regulations, pets are not allowed in the pool area, Splash Zone, Splash Pad, bathhouse, bathrooms, Ranger Station, Garden Tent Sites, or rental units unless they are specifically designated as “Pet Friendly” units. NO PETS ALLOWED AT TENT SITES. Pets may not be left unattended at the site or Bark Park. For safety of our guests, pets must be up to date on vaccinations. We reserve the right to remove hostile pets from the Camp-Resort. QUIET HOURS - Sunday-Thursday 10PM-7AM and Friday-Saturday 11PM-7AM. Enforced each night. During this time, please keep voices and other noises to a minimum and turn off any amplified sound. Please ensure that noise, human or otherwise, cannot be heard beyond your site boundary. At all times, please be mindful of other guests and refrain from making excessive noise. Any loud noise, which in the opinion of Management could disturb others, will not be tolerated, and will be handled in the appropriate fashion. In the event the Resort has scheduled an activity that extends past 11PM, affected guests will be asked to be at their site no later than 20 minutes after the conclusion of the scheduled activity. TENTS - No Tents allowed on RV Sites without written prior approval through the Ranger Station. Additional Fees Apply. Garden Tent sites are allotted up to 2 Tents per site. Sites are not to scale. Each Site is large enough to accommodate 1 Large Tent or 2 Small Tents. Pets are not permitted at Garden Tent Sites. CAMPFIRES - Campfires are part of the camping experience and (UNLESS PROHIBITED BY BURN BAN) are allowed in the guest site fire pits or Jellystone Park Community Fire Ring by Jellystone Park Theater ONLY. All fires must be properly extinguished when not attended and must be of reasonable size so as not to endanger anyone or anything. For your convenience, the Ranger Station has bundles of wood available for purchase. Only wood or charcoal may be burned. POOL/SPLASH PAD/WATER ZONE - Proper swim attire in the pool and water areas is required. Cut-offs and street clothes are not acceptable. Parents need to accompany children 14 years old or younger while in the pool and water zone areas. Children must be in swim diapers if not potty trained. Although lifeguards may or may not be present, guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their children. All pools, Splash Zones, Water Slides, and Water Features are at the own risk of each guest. Guest assumes responsibility for any/all injuries that may occur while on the premises. No pets or glass allowed in Water Zone or Pool areas. DUMPING TANKS - Emptying grey water sewage tanks on the grounds is in Violation of State Law and WILL NOT be tolerated. LAUNDRY - Clotheslines are NOT permitted anywhere in the Resort. For your convenience, our laundry is in the Longhorn Breezeway area and is open 24 hours. ALCOHOL - Alcoholic beverages are allowed in moderation at your site. Beer and wine are permitted off of your site but must be in an approved container (plastic or aluminum only; NO GLASS containers allowed off of your site). State laws regulating alcohol consumption are to be followed by all guests. JUMP PILLOW - The guest assumes all risks associated with play activities & bouncing on the jumping pillow. You play & jump at your own risk. FLIPS ON THE PILLOW ARE NOT ALLOWED. You must be accompanied by an adult if under 14. Jumping pillow opens at 9:00 am. & closes at 11 pm. SMOKING - For the enjoyment of all our guests, smoking is NOT permitted inside ANY building or CABIN, in the BREEZEWAY, at the pool, at the outdoor theater or anywhere second-hand smoke may be offensive to other guests. By entering the premises described in the attached Site Map (“Premises”), I hereby consent and authorize Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park™ Camp-Resort Texas Wine Country (“Camp-Resort”) and anyone else it may authorize, to film, tape, photograph, or otherwise record me and to use the photographs and/or motion pictures and video taken of me, including my name, likeness and voice, as well as any testimonial statements made by myself, and all other aspects of my personality (“Publicity Items”), and any reproduction of them in any form, for the purpose of publicizing, promoting and advertising Camp-Resort’s activities in any media now known or later developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without further compensation to me. I further agree to release and hold harmless Camp-Resort, its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection with any claim by me or alleged to be on my behalf resulting from the use of the Publicity Items, the use of which I now knowingly and voluntarily grant to Camp-Resort, and the full ownership rights of which I now knowingly and voluntarily grant and assign to Camp-Resort. Further, I acknowledge and agree that I assume all risks and dangers incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment located on the Premises including, without limitation, the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking and swimming on the Premises or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions (“Risks”). I agree to release and hold harmless Camp-Resort, its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection my undertaking of these Risks. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I specifically acknowledge that Camp-Resort is not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such Risks. I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor children that accompany me, and I hereby consent to the foregoing on his/her behalf. If you do not wish to agree to these terms, then you should not enter the Premises.
