Bikes: It is recommended that all persons riding a bicycle wear a helmet while operating their bicycle. When not in use, bicycles must be stored neatly or mounted to the sport rack of the RV. Fire Pits: Woodburning fire pits are prohibited. No exceptions. Propane fire pits are allowed and must not be left unattended. Tents: No tents, pop-up canopies, or other structures are allowed to be erected at any time.

Pets: Pets must be kept on a non retractable leash that is less than 6' long leash at all times. Pet waste must be immediately cleaned by the owners. Failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional fees. No aggressive pets or pets with history of aggression will be allowed. Pet pens and/or outdoor fences are strictly prohibited.

Guests: Guests not included in your reservation must register with the office upon arrival and an additional fee of $10 per person, per day will apply. Guests that intend to stay for an entire month are $150 per person, per month.

Vehicles: There is a maximum of 2 vehicles per site. Overflow parking is available and additional charges may apply. ATVs and Golf Carts do not count towards total vehicle count.

Age Restriction: RVs must be 10 years old or newer and must be RVIA certified. RVs discovered not in compliance will have their reservation canceled and will not receive a refund. Owners of RVs manufactured more than ten years ago must send a photo of the vehicle for management approval.

No Show Policy: Reservations that do not show within 24 hours of scheduled arrival, and that have not communicated with our reservation team will be considered no-shows and will not receive a refund.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received more than 30 days in advance will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee. Cancellations received between less than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a credit that can be used for up to 2 years from date of issuance “less $50 processing fee.”
