Guidelines for an Enjoyable Stay
Conduct: No loud music, profanity, or disorderly behavior. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
Children: Under 16 must not leave their campsite after 10:00 PM unless with an adult or going to/from the bathhouse.
Smoking/Pets: Not allowed in communal areas (e.g., cabins, pool, bathrooms).
Sites: One picnic table per site, kept on the concrete patio.
Carpets: Must be breathable if placed on grass.
Clotheslines: Not permitted.
Propane Tanks: Must be secured to the RV; free-standing tanks are not allowed.
Site Use: Joining sites and storing items under trailers/motorhomes is prohibited. Any outside refrigerators must be locked.
Converted Buses: Not permitted.
Fires: Only in fire rings (available upon request). Campers are welcome to bring their own.
Tents: Allowed only in designated areas, not on RV sites. For Sale Signs/Subleasing: Not permitted.
Trees: Do not cut, deface, or attach objects. No dog chains or hammocks on trees.
Prohibited Items: The discharge of firearms, fireworks, and pyrotechnics are strictly forbidden.
T R A S H
Place garbage in a bag at the edge of the road by 11:00 AM. Do not leave trash bags out overnight.
Use recycling bins near trash receptacles for recyclable items only
A C C I D E N T S / I N C I D E N T S
Report all accidents or incidents to the office immediately.Registered guests are responsible for any damage to Vero Beach Kamp property, whether accidental or intentional. Costs for repairs will be charged at the guests expense. Criminal charges may apply in severe cases.
V I S I T O R S
Registration: All visitors (including food delivery and contractors) must register at the office. See the office for a list of contractors Contractors: Must have a certificate of insurance on file, listing the park as additionally insured.
Guest Limit: Maximum of 6 guests per site. Guests are responsible for their visitors’ actions.
Overnight Visitors: Must register in advance with a $ fee per person. All other visitors must leave by 10:00 PM. Unregistered visitors will be removed.
D R I V I N G V E H C L E S:
Speed Limit: 5 MPH, strictly enforced.
Mini-Bikes & Motorcycles: May only be ridden to and from your site. All vehicles must have a valid license plate, current registration, and obtain a parking pass at check-in.
Parking: No parking on roadways, grass, or vacant sites.
Maximum of three (3) vehicles per site (includes motorhome, travel trailer, 5th wheel, car, truck, utility trailer, boat or golf cart). Extra vehicles must use designated storage for a fee.
Golf Carts: Only licensed drivers may operate. Must have working lights after dark. ATVs and off-road vehicles are prohibited. Violations may result in towing at the owner’s expense.

Mail is received and held in the office.
Delivery drivers must stop at the office for a visitor pass.

Smoking is prohibited in all communal areas.
Alcohol is allowed but must be consumed responsibly.
A N I M A L G U E S T S
Vero Beach Kamp reserves the right to refuse any pet. Vaccination records for pets and service animals must be available upon request.
Animal guests must be always leashed when outside of unit
Pets are not allowed in buildings, restrooms, showers, or pool areas.
Animal guests must wear a collar with identification and phone number
Please control barking dogs.
Do not leave animal guests unattended. Clean up after animal guests.
Animal sanitation stations are available throughout the park.
W I L D L I F E
Clean fish where they were caught or use the fish cleaning station. Dispose of remains in the dumpster.
Be cautious around park roadways and vegetation; snakes and other wildlife may be present. Carry a flashlight at night.
P O O L A N D O T H E R C O M M O N A R E A S
Pool Hours: 10:00 AM to dusk.
Parents are responsible for their children. Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
Guests needing diapers must wear swim diapers in the pool.
No glass, food, or drinks in the pool area.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in restrooms, showers, or pool areas.
U S E O F U T I L I T I E S
We request your cooperation in the conservation of energy Conserve energy: turn off air conditioners when leaving your unit.
No unapproved vehicle washing. Contact the office for a permit if you wish to wash your RV or vehicle.
Inflatable or plastic pools are not permitted.
Monthly guests are responsible for electricity use; sites are metered Laundry services are available 24/7. Do not leave laundry unattended; Vero Beach Kamp is not responsible for lost items.
Toilets: Do not flush baby wipes, sanitary products, or other foreign objects.
No draining of water on the grounds. Report any leaking hoses; surcharges may apply.
Ensure sewer hoses are undamaged and properly connected. Replacement hoses are available at the office.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY PERSON(S) FROM PREMISES WITHOUT REFUND FOR CONDUCT THAT VERO BEACH KAMP INC DEEMS TO BE DETRIMENTAL CONDUCT (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO; NEGLIGENCE OR WILFUL MISCONDUCT) AND/OR VIOLATING THE ABOVE RULES.
VERO BEACH KAMP ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES TO GUESTS OR VISITORS.
VERO BEACH KAMP WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO RIGS OR OTHER MOTOR VEHICLES, ACCIDENTS OR INJURY TO GUESTS, LOSS OF MONEY, OR VALUABLES OF ANY KIND.
VIOLATION OF ANY OF THE PROVISIONS CONTAINED HEREIN IS GROUNDS FOR REMOVAL FROM THE PARK AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF PARK MANAGEMENT.
