Santa Cruz Ranch Campground WELCOME! For everyone’s comfort and enjoyment, we ask that you observe the following rules. We tried to keep them brief but hope you will also follow the unwritten common courtesy camping rules.
RULES • Check-in Time: 1pm, Check-out Time: 12pm, Quiet Time: 10pm - 8am. A two-hour early check-in and/or two-hour late check-out for your reservation may be available, each for an additional fee. If interested in either option, contact the management office in advance of your arrival to inquire about availability. Early checkin/late check-out not available at all locations. • Office Hours Monday-Saturday 9am to 5pm • SundayClosed • After Hours Number for Maintenance or Reservation Issues (831) 359-0827 • For All Other Emergencies dial 911 • SPEED LIMIT IS 5 MPH AT ALL TIMES • For everyone’s enjoyment, guests not following our rules will be asked to leave. Please make sure you discuss these rules with your children. • Please respect your fellow camper’s privacy. DO NOT walk through occupied sites or over sewer and electric lines. • Bicyclists must follow the rules of the road. No cycling or skateboarding against traffic or through occupied sites. Children under 18 must wear helmets. • Please place the attached parking pass on your rearview mirror while in the park. Make sure all vehicles fit in your site. We have limited guest parking, including some spaces at the entrance. If you are parked in an unoccupied site, we will assume that you want to pay the daily rate for that site. • Our laundry is open 24/7. No coins needed! Use the laundry app or buy a laundry card inside the laundry room.
• Restrooms Closed Daily for Cleaning (Approximate Times) Men’s: 12pm-1pm & Women’s: 1pm-2pm • No glass allowed in the pool area. Please keep food and drinks at tables. No lifeguard on duty. Children under 5 not recommended in the spa. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool/spa. Must wear proper bathing attire, including baby swim diapers. • No pets (except service dogs) or smoking allowed In any building in the resort, including the pool/spa area. Children under 14 not permitted in the recreation room without an adult present. • No “for sale” signs or other signs are permitted without permission. Vehicle repairs are NOT permitted without prior office authorization. • Dumpsters are located throughout the resort. Please recycle cans, paper, plastic, glass and cardboard in the blue dumpsters. Please do not leave trash bags outside as we have critters. • No parking or driving on the picnic area at the site. Please do not move the boulders. • NO FIREWORKS! NO CAMPFIRES EXCEPT IN A SELF-CONTAINED FIRE PIT WITH A LID.
