PEACE RIVER RV RESORT POLICIES

Office Hours: Daily 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Check In/Out Time: CAMPSITE CHECK-IN: 12:00 PM

RENTAL CHECK-IN: 3:00 PM

CHECK-OUT: 11:00 AM

A two-hour early check-in and/or two-hour late check-out for your reservation may be available, each for an additional fee. If interested in either option, contact the management office in advance of your arrival to inquire about availability. Early check-in/late check-out not available at all locations.

Reservation Procedures: Do not give out gate code. Management reserves the right to set aside sites for its own purposes. ALL reservations and visitors MUST have a current hang tag displayed in the vehicle at all times while in the park.

Back-in Only: All sites are back-in only. We have no pull-through sites. Drive on established roads only. If you choose to ignore this, you may be subject to a fee.

Changing Sites: Please do not change sites without notifying the resort office before you move.

Off Road Vehicle: We do not allow operation of ATV’s, Side by Sides, dirt bikes etc and if they are brought in, they must remain trailered.

Visitors: Please contact the resort office in writing if you have a special circumstance. ALL visitors must check in at the office BEFORE proceeding into the park.

Damage: We reserve the right to charge guests accordingly for any damage they cause to the grounds and facilities of the resort.

Sewer/Water Connections: Florida State Law requires “donuts” to connect sewer line.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in any public building including resort restrooms.

Fire Ants: Yes - They bite! Be cautious while walking in the grass. Let the resort office know if your site needs to be treated.

Garbage: All garbage must be in tied garbage bags, boxes broken down and placed in the dumpster. All appliances, T.V.s, furniture etc. are not to be placed next to the dumpster. Call the office for directions to the dump. We do not provide trash pick up at your site.

Storage Area: All vehicles must have current tags and registrations. A current Storage Agreement must be kept on file. Any item being stored without a current agreement will be towed at owner’s expense.

Laundry: Washers and dryers are available in the laundry room (coins or credit/debit card). Temporary clotheslines are permitted for beach towels and bathing suits only.

Pool/Spa: Open from 9:00 am until dusk, or as otherwise posted by the manager. Pool furniture is first come, first served. Proper conduct and bathing attire is expected. Please observe posted rules. All children 14 and under must be supervised by an adult.

Motorized Vehicles: All drivers must possess a valid driver’s license. Night vehicles must display lights. SPEED LIMIT IS 9 MPH for all vehicles, scooters, golf carts, and bikes.

Supervision of Minors: All children 12 and under must be supervised by an adult at all times. No one under 12 should be in the recreation buildings without supervision from an adult.

Quiet Hours: 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. No generators after 11:00 pm.

Unattended RVs: You may not leave your rig unattended overnight pursuant to Thousand Trails Membership rules (subject to a penalty fee). Please notify the office of any emergency that requires you to be absent so that arrangements can be made.

Site Maintenance: ALL guests are responsible for keeping their site neat and tidy. Please DO NOT use fire pits as trash cans.

No Washing of RVs or Cars: Please check with the office before washing your RV or car on your site. A hose with shut off nozzle must be used. For rates, Deposit and Cancellation Policy, Annual Payment Policy, No Show, Water/Electric: Please refer to Rate Sheet
