Welcome to Palm Springs Oasis - Guidelines
REGISTRATION: All residents must register at the Oasis office on arrival. All charges are payable in advance.
CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is 12:00 P.M.
CHECK-OUT TIME: Check-out time is 11:00 A.M.
A two-hour early check-in and/or two-hour late check-out for your reservation may be available, each for an additional fee. If interested in either option, contact the management office in advance of your arrival to inquire about availability. Early check-in/late check-out not available at all locations.
OVERNIGHT GUESTS: Guests staying overnight must be registered at the office and the appropriate rate paid. All guests are the responsibility of the registered resident.
VISITORS: Visitors must park in front of the Oasis RV Park Office.
QUIET HOURS will exist between 10:00 P.M. and 9:00 A.M.
SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit in the Oasis RV Park is ten (10) miles per hour.
VEHICLES: The vehicles of residents shall be parked off the street and in designated parking area ONLY (Fire Ordinance). One RV and one vehicle per site per California law.
NO SOLICITING!
SWIMMING AND SPA: NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY, therefore SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Please shower before going into any of the pools. Inside showers are located in the restroom area. NO SOAP IS ALLOWED IN THE POOLS. DRINKS are allowed in a non-breakable container. Rafts may only be used with management permission. NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 IS ALLOWED IN THE SPA. A key is required for entry.
BATHING SUITS: You must wear a bathing suit. No Cutoffs.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Please clean washing machines after use and remove dry clothes from dryers immediately. Clothes are not permitted to hang outside of recreational vehicles.
TRASH PICK-UP: All garbage must be placed in paper or plastic bags and TIED before placing in COMMUNITY RECEPTACLES.
DATE PALM COUNTRY CLUB: Date Palm C.C. is a mobile home community and golf course designed for permanent residents. The 18-hole golf course (4 par 4s) is available to Oasis guests. You must call for a tee time (760-328-1315).
WE STRICTLY ENFORCE: CHAPTER 2.6 OF THE CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE. Copies available in the office.
The right is reserved by management to tell anyone to leave if rules are broken or if problems are caused. If you are told to leave, there is no refund.
Management is not responsible for any loss during your stay.
