RULES
All visitors are required to be familiar with the current rules from the membership directory. Failure to comply could result in the loss of your use privilege. Members are responsible for their guest’s behavior. Some basic reminders from the directory:
1. Membership cards are only honored for the person(s) named on the card. A driver’s license is required when checking in.
2. Guests of Members are subject to applicable fees.
3. Speed limit is 5 mph This includes bikes. “Don’t Dust Your Neighbors.”
5. Quiet hours are 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. No check ins after 10 p.m.
6. Camping vehicles must be occupied every night.
7. No vehicle washing.
8. Children must be supervised by parents at all times.
9. Swimming Pool is used at your own risk: Warning - No Lifeguard. No DivingSee posted rules at pool.
10. Winter Activities: All members/guests must register and complete liability waivers at the Welcome Center prior to these activities on Thousand Trails Property.
11. Smoking Policies: All T.T. facilities, lodges and rental units are Non Smoking in accordance with state laws. Please use ashtrays located throughout the Resort.
12. Fires may be burned in designated pits. Burning may be banned when conditions mandate. Fires must be completely extinguished when unattended and all out by 11 p.m. Fireworks are illegal.
13. Clotheslines must be confined to your rig and are not allowed on trees or other Resort property.
14. Litter-free Camp: Please help us to maintain a clean and natural environment.
15. Any unsafe actions may result in eviction. Contact Welcome Center for a complete list of rules.
16. Rental check-in is 4 p.m. Check out by 11 a.m. A two-hour early check-in and/or two-hour late check-out for your reservation may be available, each for an additional fee. If interested in either option, contact the management office in advance of your arrival to inquire about availability. Early check-in/ late check-out not available at all locations.
