Rules to Remember

Speed Limits of 15 mph on main road / 10 mph in the Phases are STRICTLY ENFORCED. No passing, Please! Each driver must have a valid driver’s license in their possession to operate any type of vehicle in the Resort.

Motorbikes, trail bikes, three/four wheelers or other similar powered vehicles are not allowed to operate within the Resort. All motorcycle riders must wear protective headgear, as required by state law, on and off the Resort.

Parking Lots at the Comfort Stations can be used if there is not enough room at your site (vehicles only). Do not park boats or vehicles on empty sites or on the grass areas. Temporary storage is available. Inquire at Welcome Center.

Cutting or Gathering of trees, shrubs, or any vegetation is prohibited.

Quiet Hours: 9:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Curfew: Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian between 11:00 pm and 5:00 am.

Check-Out Time: 11:00 am for Rentals and 2:00 pm for Sites.

Tents: General Manager approval is required to pitch tents in any area other than designated tent sites. No tents are permitted on grass at RV sites.

Sewer Rings/Donuts are required on all full hookup sites. These may be purchased at the Rec Center. Clotheslines must be mounted to the RV; do not attach ropes, chains, cables etc., to any part of the site (trees, utilities, signs, etc.).

Trash Dumpsters are located at every Comfort Station. Please place all trash in these receptacles, and help keep the Resort clean.

Pets are allowed only in designated pet-friendly rental units and must be approved at the time of reservation. Pets are not permitted in pool areas or other buildings. Owners must clean up after their pets, keep them on a leash no longer than 6 feet, and ensure they do not disturb other guests.

Swimming Pool/Game Equipment: No children under the age of 14 will be allowed in the pool without Adult Supervision.

Washing of RVs or Vehicles requires a permit available at the Welcome Center. Washing must be done between 7:00 am and dark. A shutoff nozzle must be used.

Mail cannot be accepted at our Resort.

Have you incoming mail delivered to the Branson Post Office addressed to: General Delivery, Branson, MO 65616.

AMENITIES

Tickets: Show information and discounted tickets are available at the Ticket Office. Email tickets@tlresort.com or call 417-332-2560 for information.

Library: Stop by the Lodge to borrow books during your stay. The hours of operation are posted.

Movie Theater: Large screen, surround sound, and theater seating located in the Rec Center on the lower level of the Clubhouse. Movies are available on demand.

Rec Center: Borrow equipment to play mini golf, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, tennis, cornhole, ping pong, and more! You can also work on a puzzle, play video games, board games, or a game of pool.

Propane Fill Station: Located near the main laundry facility. Pay ahead at the Welcome Center. Open 7 days a week from 8:30 AM3:30 PM.

Fitness Center: Located in the building between the outdoor pool and the Clubhouse. Open 24 hours a day. Must be 16 years old to use the facility.

ATM Machines: Located at the Clubhouse.

Indoor and Outdoor Pools: The Outdoor Pool is open from Memorial Day to Veterans Day. The operating hours of the outdoor pool are posted. The Indoor Pool is heated and open 10 AM - 10 PM daily. Closed during winter.

Dining: Multiple on-site dining options are available. Located at the the Clubhouse, Lodge, and Outdoor Pool. The hours of operation are posted.

Laundry Facilities: Located in the Comfort Stations in lower Phase 2, Phase 3 and on the main road across from the storage area.

Bathhouses: Located in each phase and the lower level of the Clubhouse for your convenience.

Activities: There is always something to do at Treasure Lake! We have planned games, line dance lessons, crafts, dances, live music, water aerobics and other activities for you and your family. Calendars are available at the Welcome Center and online at www.tlresort.com/events.
