GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY & ENJOYMENT Welcome to our campground. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment please observe the following rules and regulations. We appreciate your help in keeping our facility clean, neat and free from damage. • Check out is PROMPTLY at 11am. If late check out is needed, check with office. Fee applies. • SPEED LIMIT on the premises is 5 mph. • Vehicles should not extend into any of the main driveways. • All visitors and guest must register at the office and pay the guest fee. ($5 per person, per day). • TRASH: Dispose of your trash promptly in the two dumpsters provided. Do not leave it outside overnight for any reason. The wildlife will tear into it and you are responsible for cleaning it up or be charged a $35 fee to the credit card on file, and can not be disputed with the banking institution. • CHILDREN 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult within the campground at ALL TIMES. Any child under 15 must be accompanied by an adult at the swimming pool. All children must be on their site by 10 PM. • NO GROUND MATS are to be used. (We love our grass). • Tarps of any kind may not be used. • Washing of any campers, motorhomes, or vehicles of any kind on the grounds. • Golf carts, four wheelers, etc. may not to be used on campground property unless proof of valid insurance is provided. • Smoking in the cabins, bathrooms, laundry room, or other community properties is not allowed. This can result in a $300 fine. • Electric Vehicles can not be charged on any RV site. A fine of $500 will be applied for those violating this rule. • Two vehicles and one camping unit per site. Tents of any kind are not allowed on RV sites. • Dumping of any water on campground sites is not permitted. (E.P.A. Regulations) • QUIET HOURS: 11pm-7am. Generators can not be run during quiet hours, unless there is a power outage. • PETS must be on a leash. If the pet is outside you must be outside. Promptly pick up after your pet and dispose of refuse in the dumpsters. There are “pet stations” located throughout the property with “poop” bags for your convenience. There is a $75 fine for not picking up your dog’s waste. Owners are soley responsible for any damages caused. Pet fences are permitted with a $100 refundable deposit if no damages are found. • Any damage done by any guests during their stay will be charged to the card on file. These charges are understood not to be eligible for disputes. • Failure to comply with these rules may result in you being told to leave the property immediately without a refund for unused portion of your reservation. We reserve the right to refuse admittance to anyone for any reason.
