Important Rules for Safe & Happy Camping

1. The Speed Limit is 5 mph throughout the park.

2. The Pavilion, pools and surrounding sports courts and amenities are family-friendly zones. Please abide by the Rules posted in these areas.

3. All buildings are designated NON-SMOKING.

4. All guests age 12 years and under must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times while at the park. Between 11pm and 7am, all youth under the age of 18 must be at their own campsite or under the direct supervision of a parent or sponsoring adult member.

5. QUIET TIME: 11pm to 7am. During these hours, members and guests shall refrain from driving their golf carts or vehicles in the park or making any noise that might interfere with a fellow member’s or guest’s rest.

6. Nothing may be tied or attached to trees, bushes or buildings, including clotheslines and tie downs.

7. Only one camper, two vehicles and two tents are permitted per RV site. Three tents are permitted per tent site. Campsites must be occupied every night of the reservation.

8. Notify the Ranger of any guests you are expecting. A $10 per day guest vehicle fee will apply.

9. Gas Golf Carts are no longer allowed. Golf carts are registered at the Ranger’s Station. All Golf Cart operators must have a valid driver’s license. Repeat violations may result in a loss of Golf Cart privilege.

10. Bicycles and golf carts may not be ridden after dark without a headlight. Please adhere to safety rules and helmet laws. No motorized/battery operated equipment allowed in the park. Please scan the QR code for a full list of the Thousand Trails RV and Site Standards & Guidelines.

Important Info

• Emergency messages are delivered via text. Opt into our new notification service by texting your name and check out date to 804-2157890 to stay in the loop with special announcements, activities, and fun events.

• Firewood and ice may be purchased at the Ranger Station 10:00 am - 10:00 pm when the store is closed.

• Propane is pumped 8:00 am to 8:30 am and 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm

• Recreation equipment is available outside of the recreation office at the pavilion for your convenience.

• A fenced-in Bark Park is located behind the Camp Store for exercising your dog.

• We DO NOT accept guest packages.
