COURTEOUS CAMPER RULES
We are happy that you will be staying with us. Here are a few friendly reminders.
• Check in: 12:00pm. Any arrivals prior to 11:00am is a $$30.00 fee.
• Check out: 11:00am. Any late departure is subject to $30.00 late fee.
• A two-hour early check-in and/or two-hour late check-out for your reservation may be available, each for an additional fee. If interested in either option, contact the management office in advance of your arrival to inquire about availability. Early check-in/ late check-out not available at all locations.
• Park Speed limit is 5 MPH AT ALL TIMES - this is for the safety of children and equipment. Please adhere to the Stop sign.
• Clubhouse Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm Free WIFI is available in clubhouse only.
• Park Quiet time is from 10:00pm to 8:00am
• Laundry Facility located on backside of clubhouse, please be sure to remove clothing promptly upon completion.
• All golf carts must be insured ($50,000 property damage liability) and registered at the office to include $25.00 registration fee. You must be a licensed driver to operate any motorized vehicles including golf carts. Gas powered golf carts are not allowed.
• Pool Hours: 10:00am - 7:00pm
• Outside refrigerators or freezers are not allowed in the park
• Please DO NOT climb on or hang anything from the trees
• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the park including the clubhouse, pet park, rest rooms, laundry facility and pool area.
• Please enjoy a campfire! Please extinguish prior to retiring for the night. Firewood for sale at the office.
• Please walk your pets at the rear of the property or in the designated pet park located up front near the entrance to the campground. All pets must be on a leash and supervised within the park. Please pick up behind your pets and dispose of the wastes properly.
• There is a fee for vehicle or RV wash. Vehicle: $10.00/RV: $20.00
• Trash dumpsters located at each side of the park. Please dispose of your trash properly.
• DO NOT leave trash on your site or outside of the dumpsters.
