GUIDELINES For An Enjoyable Stay
Campers: Identification devices, when issued, must be displayed. Car tags must always be displayed. Bicycle helmets must be worn by ALL riders.
Vehicles: 2 permitted per site. Speed Limit - 5 mph. Only electric golf carts are allowed. Absolutely no washing of RVs, vehicles or golf carts.
Quiet Time: 11 pm - 8 am. Children are to be on own site during Quiet Time except when accompanied by an adult.
Check-In: Sites and Cottages - 3 pm.
Check-Out: Sites - 2 pm. Cottages - 11 am.
Late check-out or early check-in, contact the office for additional fees.
Visitors: Campers and visitors must pay all fees prior to entering. Campers are fully responsible for their guests. All day visitors must depart by 10 pm.
Children: PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES. Bicycle helmets must be worn by ALL riders, no exceptions. No Rollerblading, scooters or skateboards permitted on premises.
The Store has Snacks, Gifts, Ice, Bait, Firewood, RV Supplies & Souvenirs.
Trash: Dispose of bagged garbage and trash in one of two Dumpster locations, noted on the Site map, Pages 4 and 5. No trash pickup at sites. Household trash only. Please dispose of ALUMINUM CANS in our Recycle Bin located at the lower dumpsters. No draining of sink wastewater on ground per Pennsylvania State law.
Noise: No loud music. Anyone who creates a nuisance or does not conduct themselves as a good camper will be told to leave WITHOUT A REFUND. Motorcycles allowed directly to site. No ATVs, mopeds, go-carts allowed.
Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: Alcoholic beverages are not to be displayed. We reserve the right to limit the amount of alcohol on a site. Drugs or excessive alcohol use is not permitted. No smoking in cottages, pool area, pavilion, restrooms, showers, store or laundry rooms.
Firearms: No firearms, fireworks, or propellant guns of any type are allowed.
Campfires: DO NOT LEAVE A FIRE UNATTENDED. Fires must be put out before leaving site or turning in for the night. Do not remove fire ring or table from site.
Trees: No cutting, damaging or defacing of our trees.
Cancellations: See Office.
Pool: Come enjoy our pool from 9 am - 9 pm. Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older. No glass bottles in the pool area and please no beverages in the pool. No running, diving, or horseplay permitted. Keeping with the family environment, please watch your language.
Management: Management is not responsible for loss due to fire, theft, or vandalism, nor is it responsible for accidents. Management reserves the right to ask anyone causing any disturbance to leave the premises. Questions regarding the interpretation of these Rules are to be settled by Management.
