GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY & ENJOYMENT Welcome to our campground. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment please observe the following rules and regulations. We appreciate your help in keeping our facility clean, neat and free from damage. • Check Out is PROMPTLY at 11am. If late check out is needed, check with office. Fee applies. • Speed limit on the premises is 5 mph. STRICTLY ENFORCED. • NO parking on the grass at any time by any type of vehicle. Vehicles CANNOT extend into any of the main driveways. Overflow parking is across from main office in front of guard shack. DO NOT park in empty sites. • All visitors and guest MUST register at the office and pay the guest fee. • NO TRASH PICK UP SERVICE. Dispose of your trash promptly in the two dumpsters provided. Do not leave it outside overnight for any reason. The wildlife will tear into it and you are responsible for cleaning it up or be charged a $35 fee to the credit card on file, and can not be disputed with the banking institution. • ANY CHILD 13 and under MUST be accompanied by an adult within the campground at ALL TIMES. Any child under 15 MUST be accompanied by an adult at the swimming pool. All children must be on their site by 10 PM. • NO GROUND MATS are to be used. • NO use of tarps of any kind. • NO washing of any campers, motorhomes, or vehicles of any kind on the grounds. • NO Andersen Buckets or the like. • NO golf carts, four wheelers, etc. are to be used on campground property. • NO smoking in the cabins, bathrooms, laundry room, or other community properties. This can result in a $300 fine. • Electric Vehicles can NOT be charged on any RV site. A fine of $500 will be applied for those violating this rule. • ONE vehicle and ONE camping unit per site. NO tents of any kind on RV sites. • NO dumping of any water on campground sites. (E.P.A. Regulations) • Generators can not be run during quiet hours of 10 PM to 7 AM. • PETS MUST BE ONE A LEASH. If the pet is outside YOU MUST be outside. Promptly pick up after your pet and dispose of refuse in the dumpsters. There are “pet stations” located throughout the property with “poop” bags for your convenience. There is a $75 fine for not picking up your dog’s waste. No pet fencing permitted. Owners are soley responsible for any damages caused. • Any damage done by any guests during their stay will be charged to the card on file. • Restrictions for fires are enacted by the Iredell Forest Service. Failure to comply with the fire restrictions will result in immediate expulsion from the campground without a refund. NO GROUND FIRES ALLOWED. Raised fire pits are permitted. • Failure to comply with these rules will result in you being told to leave the property immediately without a refund for unused portion of your reservation.
