Guidelines for Pleasant Harbor Resort CHECK IN AND OUT: Check-out is at Noon. Check-in is available at 3pm. Fees may be assessed for non-compliance. QUIET HOURS: Park quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am. Objectionable noise, deemed by security/management, will not be tolerated at any time. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave without a refund. FIRES: All fires must be contained in a selfcontained, above ground fire pit with a cover. No rock rings allowed. All Maricopa county restrictions will be followed and enforced. GUESTS AND VISITORS: Guests and visitors must register at the RV Office. Guests with reservations 90 days or longer are entitled to 2 free guests per day. All additional guest will be charged the entry fee. (Events, holidays, and promotional rates may be excluded). SITE ADDITIONS: Additions to any site must be approved by Pleasant Harbor Management prior to site modifications taking place. Approval applications are available in the office. Items that are not allowed include, but are not limited to, full size fridge/freezer, swamp cooler, additional A/C units, and indoor furniture for outdoor use. CANOPIES: No “pop-up” type canopies are permitted in the full hook-up portion of the resort. TENTS: Tents are not allowed in the full hook-up portion of the resort. Partial or Dry Camping sites may have 1 RV and 1 tent, or 2 tents per reserved site. TRAILERS: Trailers must be connected to a vehicle at all times, unless in your reserved site. ADDITIONAL VEHICLES: Can be parked in approved parking sites or in the dry camping areas. Landscaping is never to be driven on or used as a parking lot. RV SITES: All RV sites are back-in only, with the ONLY exception being for the resort’s pull-thru sites.

PETS: Pets are welcome if they are kept quiet, under control and always on a leash. Pets are never to be tied to fence line, pedestals, or trees. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Max of 2 pets allowed. Aggressive pets will not be permitted. LAUNDRY FACILITIES: The laundry room is located near the Resort Store and is open 24 hours a day for registered guests. All machines are cashless and operated via the PayRange app. POOL/SPA: The pool and spa area is open daily from 9am – 10pm daily. Minors must be accompanied by a registered adult. Glass of any kind is prohibited in the pool area. All pool rules are posted in pool area. RV WASHING: Washing of RVs is only permitted in the wash bay, located near the fuel station. Please observe a 30 min time limit. RV AND TRAILERS: Each RV and trailer must be fully self-contained and in good cosmetic condition. RVs and trailers are subject to an exterior visual inspection at any time. Cab-over campers, pop-ups and tents are not permitted in the full hook-up section of the resort. MOTORIZED VEHICLES: Motor vehicles of any kind may only be operated by a licensed driver. This includes battery-powered vehicles. SITE CLEANLINESS: It is the responsibility of the registered guest to keep their site clean. Sites are always required to be kept orderly and well maintained as determined by property management. Please see site property rules for further information. DRY CAMPING: Dry camping is only allowed in designated areas. If you are outside of the approved areas, you will be asked to relocate. POOLS AND INFLATABLES: Pools and inflatables are by permission only and require approval prior to arriving for your reservation. WATERCRAFT ENTRY FEES: Posted watercraft fees will be applied to all watercraft entering the property. Receipts WILL NOT be valid for reentry.

Pleasant Harbor RV resort and its employees are not responsible for loss due to fire, accident, theft, or peril beyond their control. Pleasant Harbor reserves the right to make any changes and/or supplement these rules and regulations as deemed necessary. Pleasant Harbor reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Any guest of Pleasant Harbor RV Resort that has been asked to leave will not be entitled to refunds. Registered guests of Pleasant Harbor assume responsibility of their visitors.
