GUIDELINES FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY!

Office Hours: Seasonal hours

December to May: Mon - Fri 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 4 pm.

June to November Mon - Fri 9 am to 5 pm and closed on Saturdays. Schedule may change at anytime.

Check-In Time is 1 pm; Checkout Time is 11 am.

Pets: NO aggressive animals are allowed. All pets must be kept on a leash and attended to by an ADULT at all times. NO pet pens, fences or tying out of pets permitted (2 pets per site).

Trash: Please do not leave your trash outside. Dumpsters and recycling bins are at the NE corner of the RV section.

Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. Music may be played for your enjoyment and must be enjoyed only at your site. Violation of this rule may result in immediate removal from the Resort.

Laundry Room Hours: 7 am - 10 pm.

Motorized Vehicles: ALL vehicles in the Resort must be operated by a valid, licensed driver AND obey the speed limit of 10 mph.

ONLY electric golf carts with proof of insurance are permitted. Only 2 cars per site.

Wi-Fi: FastWave can be reached at (856) 441-3680.

Pool Hours: 8 am - 10 pm. NO reserving pool furniture.

Storage: Other than tow dollies, ALL trailers and boats may not be stored at site.

Storage area’s available to rent. Please contact office.

VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED.

Rates: All rates are based on two (2) person occupancy. ALL guests must register at the office and pay the guest fee.

Smoking/vaping: NOT permitted in or near any public building, including restrooms, pool area, and laundry room. Your Site: Please keep your site neat and free of clutter, with no excessive outdoor decorations/ plants. Vehicles need to be able to fit within the perimeter of your site. All boats and trailers must be stored in storage, not at your site.

HAVE FUN! Please remember that all guests staying here are trying to have fun and relax as well. Children must be accompanied by an adult at ALL times. Thank you for respecting the rights of others during your stay at Pioneer Village RV Resort. Pioneer Village RV Resort reserves the right to terminate the reservation for violations of the signed rules provided at check-in, with no refunds.

A well-appointed recreation hall hosts bingo, dances, billiards, square dancing, line dancing, exercise classes, arts and crafts, oil painting, covered-dish/ catered dinners, and cards, to name just a few.
