The Park Speed limit is 5 MPH and will be strictly enforced.

NO WOOD Camp fires. Propane gas firepits and charcoal are allowed.
Generators: Generators are prohibited except when there is a power outage.
Trash & Recycling: is located at the north side of the park. please do not leave garbage outside at night. We do have raccoons that love to get into the trash!
Parking: parking is available in your site as well as on the north side of the park. Please do not park in vacant RV sites at any time.
Fireworks: of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Tent camping, canopies, EZ-ups are not allowed in RV sites.
Refunds: No refunds, given for unused days regardless of reason. See cancelation policy on website.
Pets, we love them! However, they may not be left alone unattended outdoors at any time. If a pet is deemed aggressive, dangerous, or loud, you and your pet will be requested to leave the premises.
• Pets must always be on a leash and not allowed inside others camp sites.
• Waste from pets must be picked up immediately by pet owners and are asked to use the dog area and refrain from using RV park common areas as a dog potty yard.
Site cleanliness: is required for as aesthetic, sanitary and safety purposes.
• Cloths lines are not permitted strung between RV sites, Trees, etc. Item which are prohibited in RV site include, but not limited to, boats, trash, firewood, etc.
• Pillar Point RV Park management discretion to determine if a violation exists.
Sewer hose must be a Threaded connection or bayonet fitting from RV hose to the sewer inlet. It must connect directly and tightly to the drain inlet. Loose placement (just dropping it into the drain) is not compliant. Dumping on the ground, is strictly prohibited and subject to fines along with guest cleaning up and sanitation.
No EV charging in RV sites. EV charging stations available at north east entrance of park.
Maximum consecutive stay is 28 nights then out for 7 nights.
Liability: Guest is responsible and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pillar Point RV, its owner, or employees, for all loss, damage, or injury to any person or property caused by guest, guest of guest, pets, or act of nature.
