GUEST SERVICES GUIDE
GUIDELINES FOR EVERYONE’S SAFETY & ENJOYMENT
Please review the following guidelines with members of your party so that everyone has a safe and fun stay at our campground.
REGISTRATION:
• Checkout time is 11:00 am C.S.T.
• Late checkout may be available for a $5/hr fee. (4 hour limit)
• All visitors must register before proceeding to site. There is a $5.00 fee per visitor.
• QUIET HOURS are 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.
• No Refunds after Check-In. Rainchecks may be given.
CHILDREN:
• Children must be supervised at all times.
• Ride bikes on roads only. No riding after dark.
• Helmets strongly recommended.
• Playground is closed after dark.
POOL:
• Open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• Hours: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm (SAT-SUN) 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (MON-FRI).
• Children under 13 must be supervised by adult.
• Open to registered guests only.
• No food, drinks, smoking, vaping, or pets allowed in pool area.
• Swimmers MUST DRY OFF before entering restrooms or store.
EMERGENCY:
In the event of severe weather, the restrooms of the main building are available as emergency shelter.
PETS:
• Pets must be on a leash at all times (except at Kamp K9).
• Pets are not to be left outside and unattended in accordance with local laws.
• Clean up after your pet.
• No pets allowed inside main building, playground or pool area.
CABINS:
• Smoking is NOT allowed in cabins. $150 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking within any cabin.
• Missing and/or broken items will be charged to the guest.
• Sweep and clean dishes before checking out.
GENERAL:
• Tennessee Law prohibits out of state firewood.
• DO NOT leave fires unattended.
• DO NOT move fire pits.
• ATVs are not allowed on property.
• No discharge of wastewater onto ground— it is illegal. Fines assessed accordingly.
• NO SMOKING in any buildings, pavilion, or cabins.
• No RV or vehicle washing allowed.
• Exterior mats on grass prohibited.
• NO electric vehicle charging is allowed anywhere in the park.
• Marijuana is illegal in TN & not allowed to be used on property.
